Reactivation Care Centre (RCC), Finch Site

One of my friends was a student nurse here at RCC and he had a very horrible experience with the nurse named Aleena Tam. She was rude towards him. She made faces whenever she saw him. She is the nurse who was rude, a bully, and a racist. I think she has some mental issues. I believe before you become a nurse, you should be a good human being FIRST. Be careful of this nurse Aleena Tam. She is an unprofessional and terrible nurse by nature and by profession.

Went here for a Covid test. In and out without issue, results posted within 24 hrs. Parking is validated. You take a ticket but it's free on your way out when you put it back in the machine. There is ALOT of construction though in this area. If you have a booked appointment you don't want to miss I'd suggested giving yourself at least a half hr buffer or avoid going via the 400. We were waiting in a line that backed out onto the hwy.

Super obvious that the nursing staff are overworked and burned out. Nurses are rude and tired.This is supposed to be a rehab center but my family member in RCC just lays in bed all day most likely due to a shortage of PT and nursing staff.

If I could leave 0 stars I would they think covid is more then just a cold here. Visiting hours are 1 hour long. So much more these websites are complete lies!

DONT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING. The site was very poorly organized, as the line was asked to move and rearrange several times. Once inside, they had 15+ people waiting in a tiny waiting room, with people coughing and clearly symptomatic. Why would we not just wait outside in the open air for a few more minutes before a nurse could see us directly. We then waited 25 minutes before being called into a small testing room. This could have been organized in a much safer manner. I went to get tested as I was in close contact with 1 Covid positive person, Now i feel like I will have to quarantine for an additional 14 days as I was in a confined space with so many likely Covid +ve people. This exposure feels way worse than my initial exposure.The one thing I have to say is that these nurses are so dam patient and amazing. I was stressed being in that environment for 30 minutes, but they have to work like this all day. No one should have to work in conditions like that. Make it safe for both the nurses and patients.

Great location if you want to waste your time. Booked a covid test and met the requirements on their website. Arrived and was told I have to be a healthcare worker or over 70.. the security guard turned down dozens of people that arrived and showed no empathy for wasting everyone's time for an error on their part. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE if you're planning to provide covid tests to not waste everyones time. Location and staff are overall very below average. thanks

My mom spent a good number of weeks at this facility and hats off to the great and hardworking staff at 3West Floor. They have been very helpful and they made my mom’s stay comfortable and feeling like home at most time. Special mention and thanks to PT Charissa and her team for making my Mom walk again, to case coordinator Alyanna for all her support arranging Mom’s release and care at home, to all the nurses especially Elma and Imee who were very patient, caring and understanding and of course to all the PSWs. Continue doing such a great job and may all your hard work and dedications be recognized and appreciated because our family does.

It’s difficult to rate by stars…one star is for the facility! It was definitely not as described and certainly not enough PT is available!This is not the fault of the staff, but the fault of shortage of staff! The Pt staff that is there is great! Helpful, attentive, compassionate…but they are overwhelmed by the volume of patients needing PT.This same can be said for the nursing staff, kind, caring, compassionate…and overworked! Therefore five stars go to the staff!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I assume because people are venting their general frustration and anxiety of life during Covid with their experience getting tested here.I had a seamless experience at this site. I went online at 10am, got my test appointment for 3:30 pm on the same day, showed up, and was in and out within ~25 mins. Next day at 12:30 pm I saw my results online. What more could a man ask for.I just wanted to say thanks to all the self-less, hardworking, and dedicated nurses, doctors and health care workers out there who are constantly putting themselves at risk all day every day for the benefit of society.Also, whoever is reading this, I hope you have a wonderful day, I hope you stay safe and strong, and remember whatever you are currently going through will one day pass.
