Not impressed to be charged $50 for a trim. Wasn't told that 2 inches off long hair" would be so much

Got my hair cut here. The cut was great. My only issue with this place is there booking site. I ended up showing up for an appointment that I thought I booked and I was not. Through there site you request an appointment and someone in the salon has to confirm it. I booked on Monday and no one ever confirmed the appointment. So I showed up and I had no appointment. Luckily someone was able to fit me in.Moral of the story: If you are planning on making an appointment just skip the app and call.

Took 4 hours to get colour and highlights. Colour is far from what I had hoped for and looks very clumpy and drastic color difference, not natural or suttle like i had asked.Dye was left all over my face (half way down my forhead, on my cheeks, nose and all over my neck) during the process which was left and dyed my skin, I had to ask to have it wiped off but was too late.Cold water was used to wash my hair which definetly ruined my usually favorite part of the experience.Will not be going back and do not recommend.

I had a cut and color by Danica she is a junior stylist ,her color I was very impressed with ,excellent the cut could have been shorter but I like it .The only thing I can complain about was the amount of time it took ,but happy with results thanks Danica!!

Last minute decision to get my daughter's hair done. (Top layer of hair highlighs only and small cut). They were able to get us in a few hours after asking. Stylist was very slow. Appointment took 3.5 hrs and was $200. I pay less for more work from another salon close by (they were not open today or would have gone there)Will not go back.

I showed up for an appt that I thought was at 2 but it was at 4, they were able to fit me in which was really nice. Although the hairdresser was very nice and accommodating my haircut was not what I was expecting, my curtain bangs are SO short and my whole hair cut was crooked. I felt 57$ for my hair to be sprayed with water and cut in 20 minutes was a very expensive especially with no wash. Would not come back

Haircut was good; but left with quite a lot of scratches and cuts.Didn't know I was bleeding until another person let me know.Pictures were a couple hours after once I was home.

My daughter came in asking for a trim and a bit of blending/layering some pieces of hair. She specifically said she liked her bangs the way they were and asked the hairdresser not to change that part. He then cut about 2 more inches off of her hair then needed, and completely changed the entire bang area of her hair and made the part she had asked him to blend even more choppy. The whole cut is uneven and clumpy, even to an inexperienced eye. My daughter has now been in tears for almost an hour straight, as she loved her hair/bangs how it was, and now hates it. It was a basic request that was totally commandeered. So upset - and it was so unnecessary. Please just listen to your clients, when they are clear - it’s their hair, not yours.

They did a really bad haircut on my sisters hair. It kinda looks horrible
