I have been to 4 different Fiddleheads locations and find that this store has the most genuinely caring and personable staff. The layout is easy to navigate and in my experience staff always know where products are placed and seem genuinely enthusiastic to help in any way they can.

Thank you Fiddleheads Ira Needles team for always providing exceptional customer service, and sound wisdom when it comes to helping me find health products. You always go above and beyond! If you don't have a product, you always order it for me or find a close second which I do appreciate. In addition, your smoothie and cafe bar definitely kept me going when I worked in the plaza. I choose to continue to shop at this location even when it's not necessarily the closest one because of the remarkable team. Keep up the awesome work!

The workers here are so courteous and caring! My 2 year old is sick with a fever today so I ordered a smoothie. I put “no protein” in the description and the worker went out of his way to call me to confirm it was just for his smoothie and not both that I ordered. Once we got the delivery, we found a special message with a cute little doodle on my sons smoothie cup which made him smile (it was coincidentally related to one of his fav movies!) the smile on his face was huge and he said “wow that was made special for me!”. Thank you to the employees for lifting my sons spirits through this small act that had a huge impact on this sick yet happy little boy. :)

We've now been to Fiddleheads 3 or 4 times, and our experience has been literally perfect. I can't speak to the smoothie bar because we haven't used it yet, however, upon walking in the door, the smoothie bar has greeted me with a genuine welcome. On our first visit to the store, the employee (maybe a manager?) from the grocery side was fantastic. We're fairly new to the Vegan thing, and her knowledge on several products was top rate. She has that perfect balance between being extremely helpful versus annoying. Since that first visit a week ago, we've returned 2 or 3 times because her suggestions were spot on.

Customer service was lovely and they had a good selection of gluten-free products. I was happy to see the variety of items in a small store and I was able to get everything I needed in one spot.

I usually really enjoy the smoothies from the other locations, but unfortunately this is not the first time my order has been messed up from this particular one. I went in close to closing time and ordered 2 smoothies with a vegan protien substitution. The employee, happily informed me that was not a problem. After having a bit of my smoothie, both my partner I immediately noticed something was not right and could taste the whey present in the smoothie. Stomach pains and discomfort shortly followed. I don't live in Waterloo so couldn't make it back in time to have it rectified, but utterly disappointed to have wasted my money on two large smoothies we can't even enjoy.

I have been buying all of my vitamins and supplements from the boardwalk store for years, but was very disappointed with the service this past weekend. I went into the store to buy several of my regular items and the young girl working recommend a Vitamin C powder different from my regular Natural Factors brand. The vitamIn c powder she recommended tasted horrible so I tried calling the store to inquire about an exchange. I was unable to get an associate on the phone ,despite several tries, so I ended up driving back to the store. The lady working said she would have to speak to a manager about exchanging the item since it had been opened.The associate proceeded to the shelf to grab the natural factors brand I wanted while we waited for confirmation from the manager. The manager refused the request even Though I had originally spent $88 on my purchases and was requesting to return the $23 vitamin c powder recommended by the associate for my $56 regular brand. I don’t usually complain about customer service but found this experience very disappointing considering the amount I spend in the store annually. The associate helping seemed somewhat embarrassed and was apologetic on behalf of the manager.Needless to say, I left the store with the horrible tasting powder and have decided to take my business elsewhere from now on.

Staff members make the biggest difference when it comes to the shopping experience and Soham did not disappoint! From the moment we walked through the door, he was friendly and welcoming.The world of probiotics can be a pretty confusing to someone that knows little of them beyond their general importance. Soham went into wonderful depths explaining from the ground up what I should be looking for, recommended the best option for me presently, as well as explained what the best course of action would be for me as I moved from a healing perspective into a maintenance phase. His knowledge and expertise was so far beyond what I was expecting, and his patience was so greatly appreciated despite it being so close to closing time!Would 100% recommend this location to anyone passing by or living in the area!

Always a great experience. The sheer amount of vitamins, supplements, minerals, foods, drinks, etc. is a little overwhelming at first, but Julia, Dakota, and Heather are fantastic and always help out! They know what they are talking about and I follow their recommendations.I requested two jars of shilajit and they arrived three weeks to the day I ordered, exactly how long it would take as Julia told me. With the way that everything is today, I have to mention this, because shipping and supply chains are all over the place.I recommend this location to everyone. The Fiddleheads smoothie is killer too!

The staff here are very friendly and really know their stuff. For anyone into health products, this store will likely have what you need, and if they don't have it on hand they will order it for you. The smoothie bar is a nice addition.
