The manager never wears her mask(fanina malm), and they treat their employees terribly. l Fanina Malm is the worst manager i’ve ever had among the multiple jobs i’ve done in the past. They also have cockroaches infested in this factory- stay away!

Very unprofessional, especially the management. They hire anybody for management AND production work. I’ve worked at Delmonte for almost 5 years, they pay a couple of CENTS above minimum wage, no benefits or any type of pay raise. They need to update EVER SINGLE machine in that place. They are VERY unappreciative of the workers, but every couple months when they feel generous they would give u a few bananas and a slice of pizza lol. There’s a union but they are completely useless. The union charges new workers union fees before your probation period is over, so they are charging their services to your check and if Delmonte chooses for whatever reason to fire you or give u a hard time(usually for nonsense) they can’t help you with anything. So why charge union fees before probation? Basically Delmonte is one of the worse jobs you could apply too. Definitely not a place you want to work long term, take it from me.

Supervisors dont rotate shifts. was left moving heavy bins of pineapples for 5 hours straight. was so sore and cold by then that i quit. washrooms could get cleaned once in a while too.

They will not stop emailing me. I applied I believe November 2021 out of desperation but did not take the job. They still email me almost a year later approximately 3 times a week. The opt out doesn’t work. I WANT IT TO STOP. Absolutely no one wants to work factory at minimum wage. What a joke.

Everybody gets under paid, they pressure you to work more hours and dont take no for an answer. Gets so bad to the point people gotta sneak out. They offer no raises or benefits, you got nothing to work towards. Plus the work environment is a hazard, do not work here if you want to live.
