They gave me the wrong gasket ring of the carburetor for my pressure washer engine. It damaged my carburetor. they charged me $30 to correct their mistake and very rude about it. Huge disappointed. 1 star is the lowest I can give, they deserved 0 today!

Stopped in with a coughing mower. The team was ready, willing, and able to do a quick diagnosis and promise expedited attention to our issue.This place hides at the side of the road, approaching the lights on Leslie, but once you commit it's quite spacious. Great selection of options for new equipment and experience awaits.

Great people, but very high pricesHouse service call, just to determine that needs to be taken to the shop $110, Pickup and delivery $70, Total materials ($6.90 + $8.90 + 5.50) = 21.30. Shop labor to replace the flywheel and break work = 178.GET AN ESTIMATE SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE COMMITTING TO AN OVERPRICED REPAIR.

Still has family service feeling and very helpful staff willing to take time to look up part on old micro fisch system. But from tune up parts to belts and plugs they've got you covered. And they carry a new line of bolt on replacement small engines horizontal shaft for blowers or cement mixer. Nice spot

They rebuilt my lawn tractor engine. Excellent job. They came and picked it up and returned it when job was done. Cost was less than I thought it would be. Best part was the fact they came and got the machine because I don't have a trailer. Great people as well. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend them without any reservations.

i been there for 5 yrs, it was a great place and there were great people. However i just visit them few days ago for repair the tire tube and we found out that there are damages on the tire. We went back to argue about it and all they saying was it's manufactural defect while i strongly believe it was their mistake. I would be totally fine if they can convince us about it nicely. The new owner was so offensive and argumentative even some employers were disrespectful. I got so offended when he threatened us. Yes you had a good reputation before you own the store but i guess it won't be in the future. i will never ever visit this store again.
