Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door ! Took my elderly mother there as she could not get a doctors appointment. In and out in 20 minutes. No waiting time !! Nurse Practitioner was through and kind. Definitely will be back. Great to have the option available.

The staff here were wonderful! everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The nurse practitioner Kate was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and was super thorough! They even did a follow up phone call a few days later to make sure my issue was resolved. Great service for anyone needing a last minute appointment or those without a family doctor.

I was seen today within an hour of contacting Parallel Health. Upon arrival I Waited 5 minutes only. Darlene was courteous and efficient. She diagnosed an ear infection following her assessment, which I suspected. I needed medication which was emailed to my pharmacy. Very grateful to have had this access to treatment.

I have been to the clinic twice, each time I was satisfied with my interactions with all staff! The clinic has friendly and compassionate providers. I was able to have my needs met at both appointments. The online booking service is very user friendly as well.

Amazing! Did my TB test and I got a last minute NP appointment on no notice. Literally saved me on some last minute job requirements. Couldn't have asked for better. Paul administered TB with flawless professionalism and expertise. The front desk was quick efficient and extremely knowledgeable (don't remember her name but she's a kinesiologist) and my last min appt was with NP Kate. It was thorough, knowledge based and reasonable. I've avoid NP appts to date for fear of the cost but it was extremely reasonable and affordable and well worth it for the skill, knowledge, practice and her patient care - especially when I was needing the appointment with very little notice.Would highly recommend this clinic and all it's employees. Gorgeous atmosphere too.

What an incredible place to help with your health care needs. They even offered bloodwork and urine testing which I found very convenient, the nurse practitioner I seen was very helpful, patient, and more than I could have expected! Her name was Kate and every staff member I came into contact with was very nice. side note.. the lady who does the blood work with dark brown hair!! THE LEAST PAINFUL blood taker EVER! Hands down the best!I Highly recommend parallel health
