Junk. don't bother with Delta Products ...their customer service is brutal. they say you get a life time warranty, but then they make it difficult to get a simple cartridge replacement. Moen, American Standard provide them free of charge ... you just have to ask. Not like that with Delta. Never again. If you don't stand behind your product, I won't be buying it ever again.

I had occasion to contact Delta service recently and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was their response immediate, but they went beyond my expectations to resolve my issue.

Best customer service ever, and great matte black faucets. Pretty rare these days to get such a fast response and service. Pretty glad I bought all Delta products. Thanks Delta!

Have several Delta Touch faucets in my home and have had numerous issues with all of them. All electronics have had to be replaced at least once! Pull-out has issues and then doesn't sit properly as squared end that goes back into faucet overtime damages magnetic part on faucet and will require replacement. I have added heat shrink after replacing the first time. Another time I was sent replacement parts (upgrade) for my main kitchen sink with new o'rings and connectors. Ended up with a slow drip that damaged the bottom of my cabinet. Spray head has been replaced a couple times and needs to be replaced again. Prep sink has developed a drip and needs to be operated manually now. Trying to get parts from customer service is a complete run-around with pictures and videos and invoices after you fill in everything online, then you get an email to go to homedepot to buy parts as they are not covered under warranty. Why can't they tell you that in the beginning rather than jump through hoops for no reason. So so frustrating! Save yourself grief and just buy Moen or another reputable brand. So very disappointing with Delta - thought it was a solid brand, but every faucet has let me down. Kohler service has been amazing!

I purchased a $500+ 'touchless' facet, but it leaked almost immediately. It has been a huge hassle to get a replacement cartridge!!! Every other facet company will give you one free of charge ... and WITH NO HASSLE. Years ago I contacted American Standard in need of a cartridge, they shipped it a few days later, no charge, no fuss, NO HASSLE. I know Moen does the same. Delta 'says' it has a lifetime warranty, but what they don't tell you is the 7 hoops you will need to jump through to get a simple cartridge replacement. My fault, I should have done more research beforehand. I won't be wasting anymore of my $ on Delta Faucet products.

My -6 year old home has Delta faucets throughout. Can’t say I would have ever picked Delta faucets but having dealt with them recently, I’m a huge fan. Their product lines are lovely and they’re one of largest global manufacturers of faucets so most plumbers know how to install them and parts are readily available.When they say they’re warrantied for life, they are. You have to hold for awhile to get through to parts and service but staff is extremely knowledgeable and twice now they’ve shipped free parts which arrived within a week, saving me over $800.In case you don’t know, you can buy most major manufacturer faucets through Amazon at 40-50% of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. Delta service says just check below Seller’s write up and ensure that the blue link links back to Delta’s website to ensure they’re genuine Delta products. I got a $790 MSP Delta tap, which Home Depot was selling for $605, shipped to me by Amazon for $306 and delivered the next day. Don’t make my mistake of calling a plumber who, being bad, inevitably advised I needed to replace a Delta faucet which was only slightly loose (not leaking), went to his truck to get a Moen faucet he had bought and tried to sell it to me for retail pricing. Delta rough ins are not compatible with Moen rough ins on shower or tub sets which Delta says the plumber ought to have known as he should have known that Delta, Moen and Grohe would all replace a faulty faucet. Best advise Delta gave me was fire the plumber (who caused a leak and flooding because he couldn’t figure out how to put back together a Delta faucet) and get in a red seal plumber who knew about plumbing fixtures. While the plumber isn’t standing behind his faulty workmanship, Delta is standing behind their product.

Nightmare getting 7 year old shower cartridge out! Spent all day cutting off handle, then having to drill out cartridge that wouldn't come out. New cartridge would ONLY go back in with lots of silicone lube (which Masco does NOT provide) -don't use Oatey plumbers grease or it will dissolve your O-rings! Customer service was good at providing new handle & cartridge -but good luck trying to call in, as 30-60min wait!also, please explain exactly how the pci68088 spacer is to be installed...
