When I go there with issues, they tell me to go home and call Fido. Thee only one that has been helpful to me is a new lady by the name of Andrea.She actually called fido and helped me. I haven't been able to get on my internet fido account since March/2017 and today is August 21/2017. I've never been happy with fido customer service. I hope they keep Andrea. Ask for her;)

I was offered a $10 Cad discount monthly on each invoice, I have called them, go personally to the store and they keep saying it would be applied over the 4th month bill. The 4th month bill has already arrive and no discount has been applied. How do you call someone who offers you something but you never receive that service ? Be careful with the offers this store promises.

Great customer service as always, have been a fido customer since 99, and they are always amazing. Manager at the store fixed my SIM card problem in 2 mins and was super friendly!

Have dealt with Fido for 10+ years. They are always very professional and always go above and beyond. I’ve had the most help from Angela. Very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely recommend seeing her!

Angela was a great up-seller when I purchased my iPhone 11 last year! She made sure to inform me of anything I should know and answered any question I had. She also made sure to order the purple 11 to make it sure it was there for me all ready when I came to pick it up !! Always great service

We purchased a new phone and David explained everything thoroughly, before we purchased it. We have been going to the kiosk at Seaway Mall the last few times when needing a new phone or have questions and Travis and David have always been helpful.
