Very professional and excellent service. You come out with great looking nails and toes. I particularly enjoyed my pedicure. Transformed my feet into something I was proud to wear sandals and show off. Highly recommend Jenn's Place.

The ladies here are so so nice! They have a great selection of colors. My gel nails and regular polish toes are still going strong at 2 weeks. Their prices are super reasonable too!

Jenn’s place is absolutely fantastic! Beautiful new salon, excellent service and great quality! The staff is super awesome and amazing at what they do! The colour selection is also fantastic and top quality! Looking forward to my appointments there on a regular basis! Check it out, you will not be disappointed! :)

After months of searching for the perfect nail place as my previous one had been going downhill for months I'm glad to say I've found Jenn again at her own place! I couldn't be more happy for her! I know she will be successful with her energetic personality and talent! Her staff is incredible too! Give this place a try! I met Tegan today for my pedicure....awesome!

Jenn's Place is the only place in Windsor to get your nails done! The salon is gorgeous, brand new, and sparkling clean.Jenn and her staff are super friendly and experienced!Great place to go to get ready for any type of event:)

Worst customer service and quality ever! Had a manicure that chipped the same day, when I called to inquire what could be done I was given the worst attitude, they fixed the chipped nails and they chipped again the next day. When I called again the attitude was even worse. When I went back to have it fixed yet again I was treated with the utmost disrespect and never once offered an apology!

Edit: After I posted my review the manager got in contact with me and offered a free fix. I was immediately helped by a very nice manicurist, she fixed two of my nails and removed all of the excess polish from my fingers. I left very satisfied and would return after this!---I had really high hopes because the interior is so lovely, but I am so disappointed. 3/5 because my shellac is acceptable but I have to clean up colour from my skin. I would be willing to give this salon another try and adjust my rating if I see a change for the better.
