I was at the office 15 minutes agoVery Respectful nurse or Health assistant and they currently take patients. But not if you have current family doctor which makes sense . They also help new comers finding a doctor the clinic is clean and wide and they have their own pharmacy that carry every medicine you look for... Thank you

I booked an in-person appointment. When I arrived the receptionist said it was a phone call(even though they didn’t have my number) and 30 minutes later (even though I was there because I had rashes on my face, and they told me to come in). Reception said he would call me soon. I waited for over 1 hour. The front desk was not friendly at all; very rude and not helpful.But the surprise came when the doctor finally called, asking why I went to the walk-in clinic instead of going to “my doctor.” I explained that “my doctor was via Telus Health,” and that's why I didn't reach out to her and the reason I went to a walk-in clinic. The call lasted less than 2 minutes.I’m incredibly disappointed, even more considering the rudeness coming from the doctor and the staff.

There has been vast improvement in this clinic over the past year. The change in MOA’s/Nursing has gone from continual errors to friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. Bhatti also seems more focused and present.

Very very unapproachable doctor, my daughter repeatedly getting fever for the last four days. The lady attending the calls is outrageously rude, she stated that it is the Clinic’s policy to not see patients, who have fever, in the clinic. She basically refused to serve, even went on to say we will not serve you as a client anymore. And said leave and go.

I had high hopes when I took my parents to see Dr. Bhatti for their health issues, but unfortunately, my experience with him has been extremely disappointing. Not only does he fail to follow up on important matters, but he also lacks care and empathy towards seniors. Despite repeatedly reminding him to send a referral to a specialist, he has not taken any action for almost a year. It is disheartening to see that Dr. Bhatti does not seem to prioritize the health and well-being of my parents, who are seniors in need of proper medical attention.Moreover, Dr. Bhatti's lack of empathy towards seniors is evident in his dismissive attitude towards their concerns. He does not take the time to listen to them or address their health issues with the attention and compassion they deserve. It is frustrating to see a doctor who is supposed to provide medical care and support, neglecting the needs of his patients, especially seniors who may have unique health challenges.As a caregiver for my parents, I have been trying to communicate with Dr. Bhatti and seek his assistance in finding a specialist, but he has failed to provide any answers or solutions. His lack of follow-up, care, and empathy towards seniors is highly disappointing and unprofessional. It is disheartening to have such a negative experience with a healthcare professional, and I am deeply dissatisfied with Dr. Bhatti's attitude and approach towards my parents' health.Avoid him completely if you are serious about your health.

This doctor only accepting newcomers to Canada. Sound like a racist doctor.when I ask why the receptionist .She even yell at me, she said that what the doctor Want. Only newcomer. So if you are in need of a family doctor this clinic won’t except if you are born Canadian. Sadly doctor supposed to help but this doctor pick his patience.

Ignore all of the above Negative feedback People Just want a doctor to tell them YES for everything , he’s my Doctor for while now Well Spoken Doctor and knowledgeable Very pleasant and nice new medical Assistant or Nurse there. She helped me with the new patient registration for the rest of my family and full filled all my inquiries and made it very easy from A to Z

I like the new change at this clinicThe doctor helped and my parents specially My two diabetics my grandmother and grandfather .The Medical Assistant knows exactly what she’s doing.I only wish of the doctor starts earlier butThat’s okay because they have this great feature is when you miss the call from the doctor they’re willing to reconnect you back with him and so many doctor office Doesn’t do this . Other offices charge no show fees Right away. Love Dr Bhatti will never change him.

The worst experience possible. Dr Bhatty took over for a family Dr. This clinic is so unprofessional that my claim was denied because they didn't fill out the paperwork. When I followed up to find out why I was told they didn't know how to fill out paperwork online, so they just didn't do it. I had several missed" appointment as they didn't up date my current phone number

Great experience! For medical emergency to see your family doctor they will offer you a same day appointment. I got in right away. The front desk staff and the Medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Dr. (Bhatti) was great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice! .. Thank you
