The Cell service has dropped dramatically in the past 2 years, in particular the passed 2 weeks has been so bad that i have had to get in truck and leave town just to make a phone call. Yes i did spend money on a cellular booster as well. I realize they are using bell towers but has now impacted there business as by the end of week i will be changing providers, and the people i have been discussing this with are not far behind.

The Internet service is great usually, but occasionally get outages on Sunday mornings (maintenance??). Their TV service is not so good; we get screen interference more often that we ever did with Satellite TV service from another vendor. Set Top Box reboot fixes it, but it happens too often. Neighbours and even their own store have the same issue! DVR menus need improvement too.

Had a nightmare experience trying to port out my phone number to a new provider. They claimed probably about 3 times it was good to be released and yet apparently they never passed on the pertinent information to bell as my port requests kept getting denied. Here I am over 1 week later and I still am without my phone number.Very frustrating customer experience, their customer shouldn't be needing to head to a bell store to get their issue resolved.

Absolutely terrible from the beginning. My girlfriend called to arrange an appointment to have service set up. She spoke with a lady named Rachel who gave her incorrect and in some cases no information. Was told we could have the option to either put a deposit down for a router or buy our own. When we did buy our own for $200 we were then told the deposit was for service not the router. So we would still have to pay it. We also had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment that was then canceled without any notice. The earliest they could come back was nearly 10 days later. Decided to go with a different provider. Very disappointing.

A welcomed change. All around great company. Great product and great customer service, but what really stands out is the tech support. I'm the least technical person in the country, fortunately for me Mornington has guys like Brian and Justin! Don't change a thing Mornington.

I always get fantastic customer service from Mornington. I wish I could get their services for my business in the city because in my experience, they are much easier to deal with than Bell or Rogers. If I encounter any issues, I call and speak to someone and they promptly try to resolve things as soon as possible or they will look into things further and get back to you with updates. I never get forgotten about or have to follow up.

Lol recommend? I would highly recommend everyone to run! Run away from Mornington! They’re con artist! They’re customer service is horrible. Their customer service manager does not care about customer service, actually most there don’t care. They stopped give credit for outages when we complained. It’s funny that 2 years ago during covid their Stratford wireless tower was taken down without their knowledge (they say), found out they knew it would be coming down for number of years and just blamed the owner for not communicating with them. They don’t have full time riggers to go up tower, they have book contract employees to go up the tower, honestly they seem not to know what to do. We were without internet for more than 14 days when the tower came down and the new one was put up. The equipment was installed incorrectly without correct weather proofing… how is that possible? We never got straight answers! Always the run around. They don’t even sell wireless for people in the country anymore. I wonder why? It’s because they can’t afford the upkeep of the equipment I’m guessing. They’ve been saying for years that sector 1 in Stratford is being fixed… it just gets worse. I have an international student here and they can’t even do their online learning. Mornington can’t even support the speeds required for Skype. If your looking for reliable, fast internet both Bell and Rogers now offer internet service for rural users. We had bell installed recently and the speeds are unbelievable now. Don’t waste your time, energy or money with Mornington.

Highly recommended. I was with Mornington as soon as they were available in Drayton until we recently moved. Unfortunately they are not available in Goderich. Very reliable internet. They were down on occasion for maintenance but this is usually scheduled overnight. My best recommendation to everyone is to get a good router. Don`t cheap out here. Most issues I`ve seen posted over the years involved customers needing to reset their routers. I good router will not require this very often and covers a larger home with no issues. Excellent customer service. The whole team and specifically Ashley have been fantastic. Thank you all!
