This was one of the best experiences renting a car that we've ever had. Chelsea looked after us and was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Arranged pick up and drop off for us. Enterprise is lucky to have her as an employee. Thanks for the excellent customer service Chelsea.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
The staff was super friendly, and picked me up at the repair shop where I had left my car.. however, I was required to leave $100 deposit because I choose to not use a Credit Card. The problem is, upon returning my rental in pristine condition, I did NOT receive my deposit back. I've waited a week, since they told me it would be returned once the account was closed. I called, and they told me it will take 5-10 business days.... completely unacceptable! That money is mine, and should be returned on the spot.

I have been renting cars from Enterprise in Strathroy for nine years. They pick you up at your home and when you take the car back they drive you home. So nice being in a safe solid stable brand new car. Take advantage of Their Weekend Specials.I get points every time I rent and cash them in for Free Rentals Very professional staff.

The Manager was very polite and personable. Very quick service. Accommodating to our needs. Understanding of our concerns and gave clear explanations. Feb 19th-22nd Once again we needed Enterprises help covering us for a vehicle while dealing with a mechanical issue. The Manager, Natanael made our last minute accommodations for a vehicle a breeze. The vehicle was lovely. AWD for poor weather conditions and other features I really enjoyed even though I'm definitely a sedan type person. It was no fuss service. Exceptional customer service. He went well beyond that to make a bad situation very pleasant in a matter of minutes.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
My hubby and I recently rented an economy car from this location. We prefer not to use credit cards and the staff were professionals and understanding. The entire process was quick and easy. Due to inclement weather and sickness I had to return the car 36 hours later. I was treated with kindness once again. The manager also went of his way to shovel my car out and clean it off. This is impeccable service from a smaller location. We will definitely rent here again.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I've been working in the area and usually rent vehicles for a month or so at a time. This location charged me 37 dollars a day for insurance I specifically asked they not put on because I was already covered. I talked to them on the phone after several minutes of arguing (there argument being that's what we always do for your company") they said they would remove that charge which then never happened.The service is typical of a poorly run business

Would never rent a car here again. Worst service I have ever seen. We are a family of six and told them multiple times and still when we showed up to get a van, which they said they had, they gave us a car and told us that they would drop off a van at our place the next day. They brought a small SUV (which doesn't work for car seats). Never got a van.
