We asked for a spring cleanup of our gardens and Mike went above and beyond by thatching and raking our entire yard, cleaning out our window wells and doing a top notch job on the gardens. I'm very picky and I have to say this job was superb"!!! Thank you again for giving our home the curb appeal we were looking for. We will definitely be using Superb again year after year!"

Our condo Corp hired Superb for year round maintenance. While they got off to a great start in spring 2021 the quality quickly dropped off. A chance of rain meant your grass didn't get touched that week. Rain again the next week? Now your grass has been skipped for three weeks. At one point we had grass a foot long behind our house... And we started then finding ticks on ourselves after being out there. When the grass was short we didn't have this issue (and now that we are with another company and grass is short, no ticks again). Flower beds looked great at the start, by the end of the summer they were a mess of weeds. Mulch was paid for by the condo corp but the quality was poor and the application was very thin, resulting in the little mulch that was laid being gone by the fall. We had 6+ times where we went 2+ weeks without the grass being cut.Then came winter. Our roadway was never plowed until hours after the snow finished, even when we had the big snow storm (which basically meant we couldn't go out). Sidewalks weren't touched for days after a snowfall (city requires them cleared in 24 hours max). Road was always icy. Visitor parking was rarely plowed, valuable parking spaces were lost to snow piled in them (never an issue with other companies). Sometimes they would show and plow one lot but not others (even when side by side lots were clear of snow). With other companies if we had a heavy snow they at least kept the roadway open!Glad to see the Board has changed companies. I think Superb is better suited to maintaining single family dwellings.*** Please note that Superb was sent a full list of dates the Board tried to communicate the issues, and that they did communicate with a Board member and basically said they will learn from this experience and try to do better going forward... So their response making it sound like they didn't know what was going on was false.

Superb are the best, top notch! They did an amazing job on our house landscaping! Staff are awesome and go all out! Top quality through and through! I highly recommend Superb! Mike and his crew are the best!

Mike has been a pleasure to work with this year as we embark on exterior projects for our home/property. He has been patient and accommodating with our ever-changing schedule (due to delays on our end) and with ensuring an escape-free yard for my dogs as the work was being performed. The fence and double-gate Rob installed looks terrific. We chose a horizontal style for a fence installation that includes a slope, different post heights plus both curving and sharp cornering lines... all of which is to say that, without Rob's care and attention to detail/spacing, the result could have been a visual mess. Instead, I still find myself admiring our new fence every time I'm out in my yard.I'm definitely looking forward to phase 2 next year when we work with Mike and Superb to install another line of fence plus a new deck.

Superb Property Maintenance is amazing! Mike and his crew are reliable and honest. We have been using Superb for the past 4 years and have had landscaping work done on two of our properties. Mike is an upfront and honest guy when it comes to a timeline, what he can deliver and what you can expect. My condo building just hired this company last fall for our snow removal of the parking lot. I don't know where they learned how to plow but, the parking lot has been the worst kept since we have lived in this building. I swear they leave the lot in worse condition than before they started ( if that's even possible ). Today was the latest example. I watched them plowing this morning. They took a couple of runs down each aisle, and then I watched one of the plows come down a third time and spread everything back into the aisle. What the heck??? There has never been more people getting stuck after the plow has been than there was today. Can they get people who know what they are doing? There are a lot of angry and frustrated people at this building.

Terrific service from my first phone inquiry to completion in timeframe agreed. Mike listened to what I wanted, suggested options, and then refaced my deck, adding new steps and useful planter shelf. It was built efficiently, done with care and finished with my fine-tuning requests. It looks really good. Great clean up of site. Thanks!
