McDonald's in general is a great chain.However, unfortunately the other day I ordered and..1. I requested a fresh item was given stalem2. Had to go back for the item. They actually took it back and inspected it.Nay to germs to going back into kitchen.3. They remade item.Please improve these issue!

Selma was so wonderful and made our experience a great one. She went above and beyond. Wiped down our pop as it had been overfilled a bit. Attention to detail and very kind and bright.

One of the few McDonald restaurants with a Playplace for younger children (it is medium sized). On-site surface parking can be a challenge to find during peak times. #letsguide

Ate outside, parallel parked to be in the shade but the food was FRESH and so good. For McDonalds, it was filling and tasty. The window people were courteous and professional, added positively to the experience.

Late night drive thru friday early saturday the woman was one of the rudest person ive ever dealt with didnt want to take my $5 bill cuz there was a small tear in the corner both serial numbers were clearly visible i said r u refusing to take my money she did end up taking it but pretty much thru my bag of food at me. Worst customer service ever.

This mc donalds at delair Rd & sumas Way was interesting... it's a smaller location, the tables were dirty, staff were friendly, and quick me and my friend Rob were eating at a table when I noticed about six very thick Curley short black hairs under my food on the table I never usually leave a negative review but this was disturbing. I let them know was cleaned by the young man immediately A" for quick response time. Tables need to be fully wiped down

Ordered some fries, asked for mcchicken sauce when I got them and they rudely told me they charge for it, I have no qualms (minus the way they informed me about it) and paid it.My next visit a few weeks later I asked for mcchicken sauce as I was ordering to save them the hassle and the cashier laughed at me and said they don’t charge for that and have never charge for that why would they do that?Fast forward to yesterday and they are telling me AGAIN that they charge. I don’t care it’s 25 cents just put it somewhere so I don’t have to be spoken down to about YOUR OWN RULE… franchise owners choose if they charge or not so I will be reducing the amount of times I go here even if it’s 2 minutes from my house
