Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training taught by Alison Kares is a very thorough program designed to prepare the graduates to teach Pilates at any level. As a practising physiotherapist, I learned a lot about prescribing exercises, adapting the program to different pathologies and inspiring clients to exercise. It was one of the best continuing education courses I took in my 25 years as a physiotherapist!

I completed my 475 hour comprehensive Pilates teacher training with Allison at Movement unlimited. The training I received surpassed my expectations. This was an incredible learning experience. Allison’s passion for Pilates is contagious. As a yoga teacher I wanted to learn more about anatomy and the biomechanics of movement. When starting the course I had a little experience with Pilates. By the end I felt confident and knowledgable to teach others. It has opened up lots of opportunities for me but has also provided me with a deeper understanding of my own body movement. The course is laid out well. It was a good build up from beginner to advanced. It is rich in content and Allison took the time to ensure we were all successful. I highly recommend this program for professional or personal gains.

The comprehensive pilates teacher training course with Allison is so detailed, it really is comprehensive and I would recommend it to anyone considering a career teaching Pilates. It's always ok to ask questions because she wants you to understand the material thoroughly. If you are someone with a curious mind and a love of pilates, this course is for you. The written manual is full of information that I will be referring back to for years to come and I've seen a lot of movement manuals, this is definitely a step above all the rest- there's so much detail on each exercise. There is also a video library of the exercises which helps students with different learning styles. You will never feel like you aren't supported in this course because Allison will be checking in with you regularly. It's a great course!

Allison Kares' Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training is a training beyond words. Allison's passion for the practice shows in her training. She is full of endless wisdom and knowledge and is eager to share it with her students. I love that Allison is open to her students' questions, seeking to not only instruct her students but rather truly teach them and in turn learn from them as well.
