24 hour delivery? No messages, calls, or any communication? After the 24 hour window has passed? Better to pay $10 less, and let the real company deliver on time. And with better protection & quality service.Last time, my products were rolling around in the back of the van. When Reno-Depot delivers it. It's wrapped & sealed in case of rain, or snow. And on a palette. For easier transition to the project.My supplies arrive damaged & not protected. They post these apology messages here". But they will never compensate for the damage they have done. So

Tried twice but both the time I was disappointed.First time my order was get delayed by 4 hours as their driver forget the keys inside but that I understand. For this they called me and promise me to give discount on my next order.Next time when I used their service again instead of giving me discount what they promised last time, they charged me extra as I arrived 1 hour late. I told them last time you were 4 hours late and I understood your situation and this time I am 1 hour late but nothing happened. The executive were rude on the phone.In short when they are late everything is fine but when customer is late then they will charge you extra. Never ever gonna use your service better to use Reno run instead.

I had to do a exchange at Lowe's. They used ToolBX to pick up my lumber and bring me the new wood. I didn't have to do anything and I got text notifications for when they were leaving and arriving.Great service.

When delivering an order of lumber the driver / forklift operator damaged the garage door.The TOOLBX employee making the delivery checked on the damage and then left without leaving a note or notifying anyone.

I ordered wood and soil from tool box and my mom(68 years old) was the only person home at that time. the driver and helpers where every disrespectful. they made her carry the items from the lawn to the garage which they refused to do. then they told her because it was curb-side they cant take it to the front of the garage. plus when they brought the items they just throw it onto my lawn and some of the wood chipped and soil bags ripped. after they gave me the number to a person called Jessica all she said was sorry I can't help if you got a problem call the police""

First time using the service and it was 5 star. Received a text when the items were picked up and when the shipment would arrive. Great customer service both on-line and with the driver.I was at a loss when my contractor told me he was not able to do the pick up, thank goodness my supplier gave me the number for Toolbx saying other customers use them all the time. And a big shout out to my supplier Hogtown Sheetmetal, Sophie, who on her own initiative called Toolbx to assure the right size truck. That is above and beyond service. Thank you.

If I buy materials from a store IN QUEBEC (Rona in Gatineau) to have it delivered in the same city in QUEBEC, I expect the driver to have basic French (specially if the company's truck has a QUEBEC plate!). I'm the only bilingual person in my house and I was about to leave! Your App could inform me in French that your driver was arriving, certainly your company must be aware of of Quebec's linguistic particularity!

tool box has to talk to there employs, in the Quilty of the delivery. a person called Gabe of the site manager which where I got his number from one of the employs and told me to contact him for Brocken items. when I say wow very bad language used and a lot of cussing going on. then he refused to give me the number to the head boss or to someone else higher position. they where playing games with me to the point where they can't on changing voice so it sounded like he transferred me to someone else. I need my money for my Broken items.
