Orderd 1 plus a med Fri for other person in car. Didn't get other med Fri. When I asked I got the most ridiculous person yel at a sneer at me saying what!!@@ i said I'm missing a Fri. I was told that what you iredered and the slamm went window. Burger was so full of sauce I couldn't even enjoy that that. Never in my life will I go back to that he'll. !!

Holy, tried a mobile order with tthis place cause it is 2 blocks away from my place and i did not want to drive across town 4 cars got theirnorder before me and they could not find my order even though it was paid and done. This mcds needs to be shut down or new managment and staff finally cause i will never even eing this close come here again useless staff. The slowest and worst mcds ever there is never people not waiting and getting mad because of the wait. The staff might as well walk backwards they move so slow. Running out of burger patties at start of lunch. Is pathetic and it every time i have had to come puck up delivery or ordered her, i stopped coming here as a customer its so bad but unfortunately have to wait for deliveries here still

The dirtiest, most unsanitary McDonalds ever visited. The Tables Need Dis infecting and the Homeless need to be taken to a center instead of sleeping in the booths.People walk in and left the establishment it was so bad plus littered with garbage and loitering outside ? DO NOT take children into this location UNSAFEI wish a negative rating could be given

I work here for a year place it’s so traumatizing to work at so many over doses homeless having fights with us in the store we always have cops there managers are so unfair when it’s comes to taking you break at a reasonable time instead of an hour before you’re (usually when they send you) they have zero understanding for calling in sick they make you call the store number and they usually don’t end up answering I called for three hours this one time, and when they finally answered, they tried to write me up as short notice. Managers are blank, rude when they are telling you to cover shifts, they are super unorganized and honestly seems like they have zero idea of what there doing I feel bad for the kids there that are getting super under paid and over worked my wishes go to them and as for the kids that are thinking of applying here… don’t. the building is so unsafe. In first window the roof is coming apart and there is mold. Kitchen guys don’t wash their hand I work there for a year and I haven’t seen one of them wash their hands. Managers are rude espacially Hazel she’ll tell you your ruining her shift/ day if you messed something up. Machines are always broken and I mean always lots of the times we’ll be hand putting in your creamer and sugar because the machine is broken. Overall terrible terrible place def do not bring small children here it’s UNSAFE.

Coffee was good but the food was horrible. The bread was dried out and the hash brown was cold. Hate having to go back and get it replaced. Will never go through a drive through.

I ordered through skip the dishes as this restaurant. I ordered at 11:39pm, it is currently 1:28am and I STILL have not received my food, because apparently it took them that long to cook it. There is a reason people talk about this McDonald's the way they do.

Despite being literally the only person at the drive through I had to wait almost 10 minutes to be served. Once my order was finally taken I drove up to the window and waited another five. Was about to give up and drive off when they finally gave me my order. Food was cold and the mcflurry they made me was the wrong flavor. Apparently the staff here just don't care.

Waited over 10 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and a fish sandwich. 3 cars in the parking lot. Drive thru was backed up by the time we got our food. Feel sorry for those people!

If I could pick a zero I would, absolutely no recognition for customers... Had to leave and go to another establishment.Drive through was open..... No answer waited an obscene amount of time for no service.

I asked for only a cheese burger and a shamrock flurry, I was told to move to the waiting area even though there was no one behind me after she gave me what I thought was a shamrock flurry which ended up being a milkshake so I had to get out of the car to go inside to get my correct order, for some reason they could not figure out why I didn't get a flurry and kept coming back to talk to me.I was in a hurry and was fed up with there inadequacy so I asked for my money back and the girl told the boss but that was ignored and I ended up waiting for the cheeseburger and shamrock flurry which was not very well mixed and allot of the green syrup was floating on top.I understand it's been hard to get good staff since the pandemic but this is ridiculous.So not impressed.
