This is my second trip to Gong Cha. I tried out the location on Philip Street, Waterloo in the fall. Unfortunately, this order at the King Street location was even more disappointing than my order from the other location. The Brown Sugar Milk Foam Milk tea had very little flavour of any kind. The lychee oolong tea was just okay. And the iced oolong tea was awful. I have no idea what exactly went wrong with that item, but after a few sips, I threw it out.There are much better bubble tea places in Waterloo. I won't be back to any Gong Cha locations.

I had a really bad experience at this bubble tea place. The drink I ordered was way too sweet and the boba was extremely hard and unpleasant to chew. Additionally, the staff was not very friendly or helpful. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
