Dan is a very skilled and honest repairman. He tells you what is defective and how best to fix it with the least expensive but effective way. He will not make up defects that will cost you. He is punctual, a professional who knows his craft and on top of that, he is kind and won’t charge if it is just a simple error that he had to adjust. These kind of repairmen are very rare to find. I recommend Dan, thumbs up with a big smile !!!

Dan was professional, friendly, efficient and courteous. And, he cleaned up after himself. Also, not the type of guy to rip people off with unnecessary servicing. Would recommend. Actually took 2 business cards to share. Especially nice to have a trustworthy person to recommend to older individuals or women who live alone (I.e., not creepy).

1:24pm Dan calls saying he is in the area and on his way over.1:52pm Dan calls to say he can not fix the machine due to a discontinued part. Great communication, and was ahead of schedule.Dan then Charges $86.25(Tax in) for his time(28min), gas, etc to check out the machine.Maybe I am bias because I now have to purchase a new oven but this seems like an overcharge. So here is the facts for you to be the Judge.
