Wow ! Sarah was just phenomenal, she recently helped me with a landlord Tennant case with me being the Tennant in the situation. Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with and would highly recommend her to anyone, I really felt like this was the end for my rental, that my kids and I would end up homeless. But Sarah made sure that didn't happen. She was very professional and it was absolutely amazing to be able to have her fight for me .

Sarah was quick to respond to my email on a Saturday evening, and also took my call and explained my options in detail. Really helpful and knowledgeable and great to have on your side!Update: We went ahead and retained her as the landlord filed an application for eviction. The advice given by Sarah early on before things got messy really helped as we were able to gather important evidence which helped us win the case in the end. Looking back, it was a great decision to retain her as this was my first time getting into a legal proceeding against ill-intended opponents and Sarah helped us prepare really well, gather solid evidence and be ready to defend our case. My experience with Sarah's administrative assistant Tanya was unfortunately quite terrible - bad enough for me to seek representation for an LTB case elsewhere. Specifically, I waited for over a week for their initial response to my phone call and emails, and finally decided to give-up on them after I waited another three days for them to send me a retainer form (which they never did). Unresponsive considering I had a LTB hearing scheduled in two weeks. Would not recommend.

I have been trying to get a hold of Sarah for the past 6 weeks. I was told by her former secretary (lady) that Sarah does her free 15min consultations on Thurs. So I provided my info and nobody called. I followed up later that day and was told Sarah is running behind schedule and will call. Nobody called.I then called the office the next day (Fri) and was told the same thing. Sarah is running behind schedule and I will receive a call on Fri. Nobody called.I followed up again a week later and this time around a male answered the phone. He took down my information and mentioned someone will be in contact with me. It's been around 10 days and guess what? Nobody has called!!!!What is going on??**I will edit this review if I receive a call back**

I highly recommend Sarah. I would not have been able to maneuver through my case with the landlord and tenant board (LTB) without Sarah's guidance. She is very responsive, very personable and most important, she is amazing at what she does. Sarah goes above and beyond for her clients. I would use her services again if I ever needed.
