Heritage Station Car Wash

Very nice facility. Went to wash all our recycling containers. No line up.

Charged $14.95 when I know I stopped the machine at $8.50. Went back and double checked that the timer had stopped once I hung up the wand. Did a quick internet search and found other people who had been charged $14.95 when they had stopped that machine at a lesser charge. The quantity of soap that came out was disappointing and once my car dried is was amazing how dirty it still was, the windows were still really bad, and they were probably the cleanest part of my car when I came in. Called a couple times to inquire and no one ever answered. Really poor results for what turned out to be a pricey car wash :(Highly discouraged anyone from using this self serve car wash!

Doesn’t really clean unless you get about 1” with the wand? Just touching the dirt with your fingers once it’s wet does a better job. See the bugs on the front of the car AFTER a thorough and intense wash…?

I haven't washed my track for three months. I read the negative reviews but decided to check what the problem was. And I don't understand why there are negative reviews. I spent $8 and my truck shines like new. $2 gives you 2 minutes of time. In 2 minutes you can go around and wash the truck several times! I think the negative reviews are because people don't know how to use a car wash. I recommend it to everyone!

I used to come to this carwash everytime i washed my car. It worked well and there is room in the lot to dry your vehicle. The last few times i've gone in, the presoak is just a small stream instead of the fan it used to be to properly spray your vehicle. It's like using a toy water gun, so it takes triple the time to cover the vehicle (i used to be able to presoak, soap, rinse, wax and spotless rinse for $10, but now the presoak takes so much time i barely have enough time to rinse the soap off before my time runs out). The majority of the floor mat clips don't hold a floor mat, and your mats end up dirtier than when you started. Hopefully management will read this so they can maintain their equipment, as there is never any staff on site when i wash my car

$6 worth of coins in, sprayer stopped working after $2. No coin return, office closed, no one answers the 'phone. Left with a dirty car, won't be back.

NOT RECOMMEND. BE AWARE .I swear I hit the stop button 3times on $4.00 and the transaction is $14.95 for the second time. I didn’t write a review on the first time, I said it’s okay I probably forgot. Is this a new strategy to steal people’s money ?. Shame on you . You don’t even deserve the star. Besides, doesn’t clean .

This car wash sucks... no pressure, wrong chemicals, everything old and worn out. Better off paying an extra ten bucks more and head to this guy competition. Does not even wash my truck! Takes too long to get the dirt off!! Horrible

went in on sunday at 10:30. place was empty which was nice. hand dried the car with no flack from the attendant (although i didn’t even see one). has a credit card swipe so you’re not constantly feeding tokens. that’s it for the positives. negitives: the trough in the middle was over flowing so it’s obviously packed up with solids, crumby when you’re rinsing the skirts of your car blowing dirty water up the sides. soap was barely there and the foam brush was a pink liquid instead of actual foam brush. the vacuum didn’t really suck, looking at the end it looked pretty plugged up, unfortunate. i dislike leaving poor reviews but it’s obvious there is a lack of caring/attention at this car wash.

Stay away of this place.They will rip you off easily. They charge 10.95 on machine, on bank account you will see 14.95 charge.15$ for 2 minutes off cold water rinsing. No soap no nothing.They use cold water on purpose because it take double time and water to clean compare with hot water, so you could spent more.Big mistake. I usually wash my truck in car wash on Heritage near Shell gas station.Never will be back.
