Lease was terminated at the Georgian Mall because they didn’t pay rent - so definitely not open anymore!

Wanted to try out fruity options and their boba but felt like the flavour wasn't there for either drinks and the boba felt very loose and sticky like blobs of slimy starch. It's not a bad place but I personally disliked what I got both times I've come here. Coco cubes are tasty; I would recommend them in cold drinks.

My visit to this location was a huge let down. When I arrived at the store, it was empty but the tables were dirty. I tried their sample teas and didn't like them; so, I decided to not go with a tea and instead got a tapioca macchiato. The employee who was making the tea kept dropping ice and other tools and when she was trying to put the top plastic lid, the lid wasn't placed properly and foam over flew. The other employee told me that the drink won't look pretty, which I don't care much for as long as the drink tasted ok. Unfortunately, the taste of the drink was poor, which disappointed me. I will not go to this location and do not recommend it.

On November 4th at 12:04pm, I went to go get a large tea but I was disappointed with the female worker, she seems like she didnt wanna serve me and there were alot of ice put in my tea, and after 3 sips of my $6.65 drink it was almost gone and I was left with a cup full of ice. The tea shop is amazing its just the girl that was there she had bad costomer service she seems salty. All the other people that work there are amazing:)

Best bubble tea in Barrie. I stop here every time I go to the mall. Great selection of teas and pearls! Great service as well.

The Barrie store in the georgian mall is a great place to get all your open leaf tea they have so many new flavors. The matcha here is great and the store is very clean. The fruit Pearl's are a must try!.. Very busy location and the customer service is great

Got a coco matcha slush. The girl was really nice and helped me decide what I wanted. I didn't like coconut but she said that it was possible to make it with other flavors. When making the slush she also let me taste it first to get it exactly the way I liked it. Great service and product!

My fiancé and I went to try this place for the first time. Heard about it through a friend, and had to try for our love of bubble tea. The girl who served us was incredible, you could tell she loved her job and knew enough about the product. We had a little wait, due to a larger order before us. She was so nice in the process and offered us a discount for our wait. On top of that, the product was absolutely delicious! Will definilty be talking about it to all we know and will be coming back.
