I had a severe flood in my office building and lost all of my computer files. Thankfully I was able to get the help I need by contacting Gillware! They were able to recover all of my company files, and they have a very efficient way of getting you all of your files, recovered and getting it back to you in a timely manner 100% would recommend anybody who needs data recovery

Our son died unexpectedly and when we went on our very old external hard drive to print photos for his wake, we found that the drive would not work. Our local computer repair guy said he only refers his customers to Gillware. Gillware was able to recover well over 99% of the data from our drive and we have all the photos and videos we thought were lost forever. We are so grateful for their awesome service!

Very good experience with Gillware. Gillware was amazing. The USB/flashdrive which had close to 3 GB data was unable to open. I contacted Gillware and they were very helpful right from start. They were able to recover 99.9% of my data. Very impressed with the quality of service.

Although a little pricey, Gillware was worth the money as they were able to recover all the documents and data that I thought were gone forever. I dropped my laptop with a flash drive inserted and bent the drive so the USB port was barely connected to the rest. Gillware was able to recover and transfer all the information to a new flash drive. The process was easy and took about 6 weeks from mailing the damaged drive into receiving the new one.

I was told at my local computer service store that they could not recover the data from my crashed external hard drive. They gave me a flyer for Gillware. It is pricey for an individual, and I had to decide if I could either recreate some of my most personal documents, or live without them. I decided I had worked too hard to pull them together to simply lose them. Gillware does not charge unless they are confident they can recover data. After evaluating the hard drive they believed they would be able to get at least 90% back. They transferred the data to a new hard drive and sent both drives back to me. I have since transferred individual documents to other flash drives; that is, I have processed through all the documents that were recovered. I may eventually find some that are missing, but I haven't yet. I have all of the ones I use most frequently.I can't say enough about how skilled and efficient this company is, because I know from past experience that most of the time a customer hears, If you didn't save your documents to another drive
