Quick, easy, and my hair is cut to my liking. I've been going to this location for a while now, same experience everytime.

So disappointed in our experience today with Sue K. Just a heads up that bowl cuts are no longer in style, and when I have to get up 5 times (as per your words)to tell you how to fix his cut so that it looks better, then clearly you need to retire, retrain or find a new career. At no time was I rude to you, you just clearly did not have a good understanding on how to cut boys hair. You took it to the next level when you abruptly informed me that I requested it shorter 5 times in front a salon full of staff and clients. Even then I remained composed and did not respond to your rudeness. Your goal should be customer service not processing as many clients as you can so that you can take home more tips. You watched as my son made gestures over to me that he was not happy, yet you still seemed to be more frustrated with how long it was taking to complete his hair cut to our (THE CUSTOMER) satisfaction. Needless to say, we won't be back. The convenience of this salon does not out weigh the poorly done haircuts and clearly the lack of customer service.

Quality of hairstylists has gotten poorer and poorer with each visit since the pandemic. Took my kid for a haircut tonight. Found out after hours that she did nothing that he asked. She was shown a photo of the style he wanted. And after seeing the photo, she cut the top too short to style the same, the photo clearly shows a fade from the neck up that she did not do at all. He asked for his eyebrows to be trimmed, she said she didn't know how. He also said her clippers kept failing at cutting his hair. Likely won't be returning to this location or the boardwalk.

The lady cutting my hair was super nice so I'm not mad about the person.HOWEVER.Tldr: would never go back here again. EVER.I was in a rush today and my partner usually shaves my sides, so, I went to Sport Clips. I have long hair with an undercut. I just went in to get the sided buzzed down so I tied my hair up and went in. Upon getting home I took my hair out of my bun only to have this MASSIVE clump of hair come right out into my hand. Very very upset about spending $30 for somebody to do this to me. Will NEVER trust their barbers with my hair again. Go find somebody that will actually care to be careful with you.

Probably the best hair cut experience I have had so far in the Waterloo region! Sue is a gem of a person. She is warm, friendly and a very knowledgeable & skilled hair stylist. I must admit, the haircut I got from here, is the best I have had in a very long time....if all of that isn't enough, this particular outlet is extremely well maintained & clean!! This is definitely going to be my go-to salon, now onwards!

Had a very pleasant experience there today. I was helped by Lina and she was very kind, patient, and accommodating to what I was looking for. I don't get my hair done professionally much at all, but I was very happy with the end product and she made it feel worth it. I'll definitely return in the future.

I had my first experience at Sports Clips Northfield this past Monday and was looked after by Sue who did an MVP for me. She did a absolutely wonderful job and I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and, of course, the haircut! As a bonus, the atmosphere in the shop is tailored towards any sports lovers.I highly recommend checking this place out.

Skilled - looks amazing not just after, but also short cut still looks great six weeks later! Professional - they review & update notes every time to remember what I like best even when I keep changing my mind. Convenient - web check in ahead is super useful to get a quick cut from who you select.Friendly - all the staff are super here (but especially Mel).

Sue and Carla are absolute gems, they helped both make my visit a great haircut but also alleviated some grief I was having with the check in system.Sue did an incredible job with my hair, it’s the second times she’s cut it and she really pay attention to the small details while still making sure she isn’t taking too long to do the job. We had a great chat the entire time and she was great with the customers coming in as well.Now Carla, she rocks! You need one of her at every store, I don’t think the technology is there yet for precise cloning but she’s the perfect example of a manager. Her emotional intelligence is on point, and she was able to immediately identify the source of my concern and let me know she was keeping an eye on things and wouldn’t let the online check in system confuse or upset her customers coming into the store. She really went above and beyond to make sure anyone that showed signs of being confused were immediately put at ease by her assurances, and she immediately proved over and over again that she can deliver the goods.These two really crushed it, you should actually get 6 stars but I’m going to give 5 because the check in system is whack.If an online check in should not be on the master list of those waiting, they should be on a separate list to the side and can be put on deck when they actually arrive. Otherwise you have folks going from a 12 mins wait and being 3rd to it going to 37 mins wait. The reality is that the 5 others bumped before me didn’t even show up during that hour, if at all. It adds instant confusion to customers inside the store and you end up having someone always at the front of the store explaining the system. A self automated system should be self automated, it’s taking a lot of time and resources right now just explaining what’s going on. A small change with the way the wait list is displayed can really have a major impact to both wait times and customer satisfaction in stores, while letting your stylists have more time to cut hair VS apologizing for the way the board looks.

Really great experience. Couldn't get in to my usual barber in time for an event and Sport Clips does walk ins with online check in. Was very impressed with the hair cut and the service. The text update system and online check in is super convenient and easy to use.
