This particular Tim Hortons was clean. The service was slow, but the employees were kind and sweet. The food was nice and hot as was the latte. The cold brew I also ordered was made very well.

This location consistently closes their front encounter to staff shortages.We did an online order to be picked up at the front counter. I used this specific service as I was in a hurry. Arrived at the location to find the front closed. Had to call the location, they had not even started my order, resulting in me waiting much longer then I had time forIf your not able to provide a service you offer notify the paying customerTo make matters worse. One drink wasn’t correct 2 days in a row!

a Tim Hortons visit was on my list of things to see and so in Canada. The iced coffee was delicious as was the croissant. I was pleased until my friend who is allergic to jalapeno bit into her pastry and they made a mistake and it contained jalapenos! Not cool!! Therefore, the service got 2 stars.

If only Drive thru traffic is a concern then the doors should be locked. Had to wait atleast 25 minutes just to get 1 coffee even 5 staff members were serving. All of them were preparing food for drive thru customers

The staff seemed all high school age and unsure of what they were doing. As a Tim Horton's newbie I asked what was in a drink and the kid had to turn around and read a sheet attached to the counter to give me a run down. I ordered the savory pastry in garlic and herb. Got to the car and took a bite only to realize it was jalapeno and I'm allergic. My tongue was tingly and I went inside to ask for it to be replaced. The coffee was mediocre at best.

I'm truck driver.i came here for load pickup nearby. I came at this location. The front door was closed. I went to drive thru. I told them that m truck driver. They said they can't serve me because they have staff shortage. Really disgusting. Would Not recommend this place to anyone. Specially truck drivers. staff girl didn't listen me properly and closed the window. These mf's are not even human beings.

The service was SO SLOW. I was in line for a good 20 minutes and there was only five people in front of me. Workers were just standing around while customers waited to order. Food itself was just OK. This place would be so much better with some management.

I’m an early riser and usually pass this Tims by the highway every morning around open time. I don’t bother coming here that early cause they never have anything ready. Today was a late day for me and decided to stop here for my morning coffee and breakfast instead of my usual spot. 2.5 hours in to them being open and bakery case is basically empty. Drive thru was about 10-12 cars deep so didn’t bother with that either. Guy in front of me ordered timbits and was charged for them even though they had none available. No donuts. His options were very limited as the girl clearly didn’t want to have to process a refund. My croissant wasn’t available so I had to settle for something I don’t usually order or enjoy. Girl working the front counter has poor customer service ethic and liked to take her sweet time doing anything. Waited almost 10 minutes for a coffee and baked good with only myself and one other gentleman in front of me. Most of that time was spent waiting to be greeted or acknowledged at all. Place hasn’t changed much since the last time I was there months ago. Disappointing at best. Coffee was good though.
