I have been living this house for 4 years. I should write down the review after a year of moving in. Sorry for the delay.The sales Lina is very friendly and nice, designer Val is very professional and kindly, customer service Heather responds to every email, engineer (sorry, I don't know his name) and Dave(the man fixes the general issue) came to my house and check what I reported very carefully and responsibly took actions to fix it. Even for some issues I didn't notice, after they heard from others, they asked my approve to check the same area of my home. I really appreciate the extra care.It's a local builder in Kitchener, they care about their business, their customers. They are a nice good neighbor""

Grandview is one of the worst builder. Cheap material, Poor workmanship, no response to customer.Never buy house from this builder!

I have recently purchased a home (lot 165 Wilson street Collinwood)from this builder and so far I have been very pleased and impressed it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Melinda at sales office and Joanne at design center or site supervisor Matt .I will be moving to my new home soon and I will be posting another review as how the rest of the road pavedSam

Unethical builder. They published a price for their Paris,ON project. My realtor booked appointment for signing. The day before signing they increased project price $45k and denied to honor the price that we agreed on before.

We had a very good experience with Grandview Homes, specifically with both Lina and Stephanie!Lina was very helpful throughout the entire process of securing our home, and would always answer all our questions! Furthermore, during our meeting in person, we appreciated all the kindness you showed us and your patience with us too!Stephanie was such an amazing consultant for our selection appointment. Throughout the appointment, Stephanie was very pleasant, honest and kind to deal with. She also gave us a lot of help when we asked for her opinions, whenever we got confused or indecisive. She made sure we were comfortable throughout the day and showed us great hospitality. Furthermore, It was a long day with lots of important decisions to make, and we ended up staying almost 2 hours past our appointment end time, because we were still in the process of making some final decisions. We really appreciated that Stephanie allowed us to stay longer and she did not make us feel rushed at all, but was rather completely patient with us throughout the day! Thank you Stephanie for all your professionalism, we had such a pleasant experience with you!Thank you guys for all the help! We cannot wait to move into our new home soon!
