Amazing views and trails..The sites are not very private or well segregated from each other.I felt Park wardens were vert racially biased attitude towards visitors in this place.12 Years of camping in Ontario, Alberta and BC, never felt uncomfortable in a Camping site like this because of the Park wardens behavior towards our group.Park office staff had an attitude like Canada is their personal property.. (They have forgotten that their ancestors stole from the Canadian First nations)

Great, well- maintained campground. It's about 10 minutes off Hwy 60, which means cell and internet service is dicky, but it is close to Booth Rock Hiking Trail, a bike trail, and Rock Lake for great water recreation. Some of the campsites are quite close together, and there's not much tree separation between sites. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded camping experience, this is not the right site for you. But if you have pets or kids and/or don't mind a bit of noise and community with your camping experience, it's great.

Great spot, level for RVs and decent sized lots. Few trees for privacy. Mom has knee replacement and cannot bend at the ankle. This is a great location for her to get out and still enjoy nature. Nice size beach. On a clear/bright night, the stars are incredible to gaze at from the beach.

This is the worst camp site. Wash room, shower rooms are so dirty. I camped at Chute and Grundy Lake provincial parks days ago. They are super clean. Avoid this place if you like to have shower before sleep.

Bathrooms are dirty. Four showers out of eight were not working for our stay in 2022. We asked a couple of times to the staff, but no response.Camp site was dirty with lots of litter left behind.Park rangers kept on circling around camping sites throughout the day.At night it seems some campers were doing party and making lots of noise and running around with torch lights. We told the park office, but again no action. It used to good camping location. Not any more.

Had a sad experience here. I'm a seasoned back country camper and Rock has been my favorite lake for some time.Unfortunately, on 2 visits here I have had park rangers enter my backcountry site unannounced and perform a site inspection. We were the only non white people camping on the lake, and my white friends who camp in backcountry have never experienced this kind of thing.Unlike many who camp at rock, we are very responsible campers and usually leave a site cleaner than how we found it.I'm supposed to be enjoying my vacation that I work so hard for. No one expects to be harrased by rangers in the back country, and no one should be made to feel unwelcome in any Ontario park based on their race.To the park rangers at this park, shame on you.

The place is good. Park 'A' has electricity so it was nice. However, bathrooms were not clean. Also didn't like the idea of having camps and RVs all together in one place. It made the camp ground a bit cluttered. Anther negative point is 8 km long dirt road which you need to take to get into park A and B. My entire car plus bikes got covered in dirt.
