the best cabinet company to work with!

I purchased my kitchen through a company that deals with Luxor. The quality of my kitchen is mediocre to put it nicely. The paint on the cupboards is either coming off or chips easily. My kitchen isn't even 6 months old and it seems I've had them for 10 years already. They have refused to help us in any way, claiming its all normal. They have a 25 yr guarantee and we have an issue with the hinges and they are claiming its not their problem. Not sure what the guarantee really entails as this should be one of them but anyway, if you want a gorgeous kitchen that'll last for years to come, this place won't make that happen! STAY AWAY from this company!

Cupboards were in our kitchen for under 3 years & finish started cracking & chipping at all wood joints. Company rep gave us the run-around after numerous attempts by our supplier to get him to come out & see cabinets in order to obtain warranty coverage. When a door was finally sent to Luxor, they refused to cover the defect implying it was water damage (explain how water gets on upper cabinets!!…plus it’s a kitchen so cabinets should be able to tolerate getting splashed especially when water is wiped off immediately!!). Now looking at either replacing or having to paint all the cabinets & crown molding after only having cabinets 4 years!! Expected much better quality given price paid. Had oak cabinets in kitchen over 30 years that looked better than these. Would never recommend buying anything from this company. Very angry & disappointed!!

White cabinets stained within 3 months- warranty issue so company replaced. Took many months for replacements and when they arrived and installed they are a very noticeable different color . Have messaged company twice with no reply! Soft closing not working on 4 drawers. Save your money and get a kitchen with higher quality and a warranty the company will stand behind!!

i brought a kitchen a year ago weeks later the paint started to bubble, and chipping, cracks every where on the paint work. Its a year later and they have not been replaced . A very expensive nightmare. They say they are working on it, and the months and months tick on.

I have Luxor Cabinetry in my new kitchen now for over 3 years. I have both painted and stained cabinetry mixed. Neither the paint nor the stain cabinetry show any signs of wear. There is even no cracking at the seams of the painted doors which is very unusual in cabinetry. They definitely have some of the best finishing I have seen for a moderately priced product.Overall, I made my cabinets quite custom with many special features and sizes. They did exactly what I wanted with no exceptions. The product is probably one of the best built cabinets you can find and definitely will give you the flexibility to create whatever you want in your kitchen.

Beautiful cabinetry , top quality , fair pricing.I see complaints from others but they are normal issues with paint when water is involved etc . They are wonderful to work with and issues with hinges or doors can be handled via your kitchen company you hire ! Highly recommend this line
