I told the guy at till that I can't have any mushroom near my food be I have allergies. I ask for it chop up small and well done cook. They messed up and had to make it again.i told them again that I can't have it cooked near mushrooms. They remade it. Instead of cooking it on the grill they put it in minorwave. The chicken was cooked and did taste good at all. I have been to this and other pita pit before. I was not happy at all. Normally when I go they make it a separate area on the grill. Not this time.

Best pitapit in town. I tried other pitapits as well but this one is the best in kitchener. The staff is very good and friendly. The one at Ottawa street in Sunrise super center is very bad but this one is really good. Do visit if you're nearby for some healthy stuff.

Visit: 04/09/22 just after 5pmI eat at pita pit regularly but first time at this pita pit. It was the best tasting pita I've ever had. I think it was due to the girl who made our food, she was careful and meticulous with the way she made it. I don't know how but it was much better than any other.

Don't ever respond to their call for the job offer as they will try to offer job without paid training and they will just leave you dry after few days or even few weeks. Being an indian trying to rob other indians. Shame on them.

I’m not one to leave reviews about a restaurant but this one is the exception, service was awful but everyone has bad days and I was willing to overlook that, until they mixed up my pita and the gentleman’s in front of me. I had brisket and he had steak, they accidentally put the brisket on his pita and realized they made a mistake, asked if it was okay to scoop it off, to which he said yes. so they scooped the meat off of his pita and onto mine with zero consideration of my opinion, not only was that poor practice but a quarter of the meat I had paid for was still on his pita. They never even thought of putting fresh meat on mine. Extremely poor practice and lazy aside from the obvious neglect of potential food allergies. Wouldn’t recommend. I will not be back to this location.

I was in the store this past Saturday and was the only customer in the store. The staff made no attempt to acknowledge me with even a smile or glance. I first used the washroom and then came to the cash register were I was completely ignored. The 2 ladies were cooking orders I guess for call ins and I politely said “hello” to let them know I was waiting. Still they ignored me and said nothing. I finally got frustrated and left. The older lady could not have cared less and said nothing as I left the store. Had they have even said “we will be right with you” or even “hello”, I would have waited. I hope the owner is aware of how his staff are treating customers. I ended up going to the Pita Pit on Fairway Dr instead where I was treated as a valued customer.

Love that I can customize my meal formy intolerances and allergies.The salads are amazing even without the ability to enjoy within a pita due to gluten intolerance and refusal to eat such a high calorie gluten pita.Staff were attentive and made it how I asked.Priced accordingly.Healthy meal.Tasty as heck.
