We had a horror story of an ordeal with two local businesses that left us with no AC and all our furnace wiring unhooked...Called J&C on a 32 degree Thursday and he had one of his repairman at my door Friday at noon. Darcy (serviceman) was very knowledgeable and extremely professional, courteous, and polite and conducted his service in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding group of technicians for your heating or cooling needs, 10 out of 10 on my scale....thank you J&C
