Dr. Francis is very knowledgeable and spends time when you make an appointment to see her. The 1 star is given to their business and not the doctors themselves. The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous, whether you make an appointment or go for walk-in. The average wait time when you have an appointment is about an hour to an hour and a half. If you go for walk-in, its a whole different story and you could be waiting there for 3 hours. They should really hire more doctors for walk-ins.

I will be very honest here... The doctors are good but the wait times are ridiculous!! Not once not twice but multiple times I have made appointments but regardless of that you have to wait atleast an hour before the doctor sees you. You get called into the room and your sitting for good 45mins. I have been to many walk in clinics and never experienced this but I am not sure why this is the case here.. I would really request Dr.Singaram to put some thought to this and come up with a way to resolve this. Time is Valuable for every one! Thanks

Have been going to see Dr Francis for more than an year now, she is very accommodating and knowledgeable and she takes time to explain everything. Listens to your problems and gives the best possible advice for the situation. She was an amazing doctor to my newborn as well. The staff is Responsible and Polite. Yes wait times are sometimes longer than usual, but that doesn’t come in the way of good care and satisfaction.
