Hi!The staff at this UPS location are absolutely a pleasure to deal with. It doesn’t matter how early in the day or how late in the day, or even if it is a Monday morning… I have always been served with the upmost professionalism. Ansh, Andrew and Carlos, THANK YOU for your kindness and caring, for your smile and very pleasant and outgoing personality. Thank you all for making your customers always feel so very welcome! I have witnessed in the past some very difficult customers and all 3 of you handled them with kindness and a smile going the extra 100 miles to calm them down. It is very refreshing for me knowing that I will be treated with your respect kindness every single time I walk into your store. THANK YOU!!! The staff at the store were extremely helpful. I left an item on a plane when I was traveling to Winnipeg and it was being held at the baggage center near the airport. The UPS team picked up the item for me, packaged it, and shipped it back to me in the US. Excellent customer service!!

I went to the UPS store to get passport photos done. No line up, no fuss. I was pleasantly greeted by an employee who I later on discovered was the manager. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the friendly banter during the process. Photos were perfect. Don't go anywhere else but here.

The gentleman that I worked with at this UPS store was great. I had an international shipment that required additional paperwork but he knew his stuff and the shipment was made. The packages haven't been received yet but I am tracking them and everything seems to be OK with their travels.

Great service! Very professional experience I had. Ansh the manager at that time did the extra mile to help me sorting out some stuff related to my shipment.

Good Employees to deal with, the only suggestion I would make is that on google their Saturday hours are incorrect. I went to ship my parcel on the Saturday, arrived at 5:00pm, as their hours said open until 6:00pm and they were already closed.

After buying a label online that said the shipping would take a day. The guys at the counter told me that it would take 3-4 days. I decided to change for something more expensive and asked if they could print it for me. The guy said yes. After printing the label he said oh it will be 3.50$ for printing the label. I was on my lunch time. Their payment machine wasn’t working. He had me waiting for 10 mins until their machine work for the 3.50$… what a scam

Renata was very helpful and careful when handling my order. She was nice to her coworkers and polite to customers. She is the best customer service I have ever had.

Great customer service. They gave me the best option in price to send a package out from Winnipeg to China. I prefer going to this UPS location for my all my UPS services because of the great service.
