Every time I have had to deal with them they are not overly helpful. I had a problem with the lenses in my glasses and the only help they could offer was 50% off a new pair. I ended up contacting the company directly to get the new lenses at no cost since there was a defect in the lens. When I asked about changing the lenses, once again Sunglass Hut offered no help. They said the lenses were hard to change and that I better deal with Lenscrafters instead. The company who supplied the lenses said they were fairly easy to change so they don't know the product they are selling very well. I won't be dealing with this Sunglass Hut location again.

Amanda was less than helpful when trying to deal with a pair of defective lenses purchased from this location a year ago. She placed the blame on me and my usage of the lenses instead of offering to help replace them. Wasn't even offered a discount on a new pair! NEVER EVER!!!! purchase from this location, they'll be unwilling to help when it comes to defective products. Deal directly with the manufacturer.

I had a wonderful experience I needed help to choose a new style of glasses and I received the best customer care I could have asked for. Thanks for all your help. My girlfriend and I were stuck on 3 pairs and she gave us her honest thoughts on all three and made my decision very easy. No up selling just an honest answer. Thank you

I wish that in all the stores we go there is a salesperson as friendly as the one who served us today. Shyanne is the best. A beautiful smile all the time that served us. I got a beautiful sunglasses.
