Their food was tasting great! Service is not very slow, but depends on the time. It is a good experience!

Nice idea poorly executed. Food is decent , service bad . Watch what you're ordering and check your receipt, very misleading. Not a place I would return for a meal .

Our waiter was extremely kind and walked us through the process as it was our first time having hot pot. The food was amazing! I definitely recommend you go there!

Their soup based tastes really flavourful and delicious. We had fun mixing in different sauces to come up with flavours that our tastebuds would love. Prices were a bit much. Paid $90 for two people. Not worth the price we paid.Service 3/5 | Food 4/5 | Atmosphere 3/5

Love a new experience and the environment was pretty but I would recommend non shaky tables when there are boiling pots and a flame in front of each person. When people stood up and braced table by a accident, everything would shake and I was on edge the whole time. Not a safe place for children and only a matter of time before someone is hurt. (Hope not.) The food was good, but when we arrived we had a hard time getting clear instructions for ordering and our pots were all placed in one area of the table while boiling and we had to move them to correct people awkwardly by ourselves. We would go again with children in a smaller group, maybe.

hidden spot in winnipeg, definitely give it a try if you’re interested in asian cuisine, on another note go for lunch, it’ll be half the price. 80$ for two people… wasn’t expected and was hidden on the menu. service was 3.5/5, price was 3/5 but keep an open mind because 5/5 food. make sure not to over boil but meats boil for about 15 seconds and vegetables 30. it was absolutely delicious and i loved being able to cook it myself. it was cozy inside but another table made my stay less enjoyable as they were very noisy and provocative. overall definitely worth trying and i will be going back for the lunch specials.

If you are craving hot pot and aren’t willing to set up your own at home, then this place is a good place to go. I love the individual pots for soup base per person because you can actually end up trying a bunch of flavours if the people you are going with are cool with sharing their soup base. The soup bases are really good when they are first served. However, as the meal progresses, they refill your soup base with what I am assuming is a base broth and so you actually lose the flavour you originally ordered. For me, my soup base gradually became less spicy because of the broth refills. I wished that they refilled based on what flavour you chose so the flavours could be maintained throughout the meal.Having said that, I still enjoyed it.I wish I could leave a 4-star review but I felt the service was subpar. If the restaurant was busy, I would be more understanding. But it wasn’t towards the last half hour of us there that the place got busier. The first 1.5 hours of our stay, they had one or two other tables. Still, we waited a long time before our broths were refilled, before water was refilled, before we could order a second round of meat. I just felt we weren’t attended to. The service definitely took away from the experience because we felt like we were always waiting on the server.

We went there on Sunday night and it’s pretty busy. Decided to try this place simply because of the individual hot pot. You can mix you own sauces, which was really fun and everyone was meant to get their own broth,so that’s an additional cost on top of the AYCE price. Also the price not included any drinks and the broths didn’t have that much taste. The choices not as wide as some other hot pot places I have been to.

Absolutely fabulous place if you like soup! Good selection of broths from mild to spicy. Everything we tried was delicious. The veggies were fresh, the meat was good quality, and the selection of sauces was great. Everything was very clean and the service was pleasant. The all you can eat is a great value if you come hungry!

Went with friend that had been there before and enjoyed it. My experience wasn’t great for all you can eat dinner. Not worth the price. Broth was pretty plain but cheap, not very descriptive on what to expect inside. The portion sizes were way off for toppings.. fish dumpling order came with 3 small dumplings, but an order of bean sprouts and bok choy came with in a huge basket we couldn’t possibly finish even as a group. We ended up being charged for not finishing the toppings in our soup, which i get us common practice in all you can eat and was only $5 (the “no wasting, finish your plate” signs weren’t very welcoming though, and didn’t mention the charge)… when paying the cashier told us if we didn’t cook our leftover toppings, and left them on the plates they wouldn’t have charged us for them (I was very confused.. do they re-use them, I don’t think you can take them home??). Came to $140 (without tip) all together for 3 people, wasn’t worth it for us.
