If you are looking for a place to drop by for some good ice cream, along with a good meal to go with it, here is the place to go. The staff are friendly and the food tastes amazing. There are also many choices to pick from when it comes to cakes. Highly recommend stopping by.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill
Had to repeat order 3 times. Still missed one dipped cone. Also ordered 2 boxes of dilly bars and 2 of buster bars. Got it half right as got ice cream sandwiches instead of dilly bars which we ordered . Didn't check boxes till we got home ,and live 20kh out of town. Going to call manager to see what can be done

A good ice cream will have a good creamy, texture and taste. You will taste the flavors and they won’t have the artificial taste to them. The first ingredient should be cream, and that is the experience you would have with Diary Queen ice cream, it’s really good.I always prefer a a drive through which is sometimes faster depending on the time you get there, there are times where there’s a long queue outside the center , but it’s worth the wait I would say.

When DQ is on their game, it's great. Ice cream is always great, but the food has been really hit or miss for me. I used to love going here for a burger but now it seems like a gamble as to if the bun is going to be soaked in grease and falling apart. The amount of grease sometimes on the burger is crazy, I haven't seen anything like it at any of the other fast food restaurants so not sure what it is all about.Chicken and fries are good, I just wish the burgers were more consistent and not dripping in grease causing the buns to turn to mush before you even unwrap the burger.

This is a nice location to have a nice meal, I tried The Loaned Triple cheeseburger was amazing, good meat taste, and of course the best ice cream in town, my favorite Cherry Blizzard and the mango frape.Service depends on who is the cashier, there's a tall guy very kind and gentle and who brings nice customer service.The only thing I don't like was the lemonade, you felt a bunch of sugar in it. Maybe there could add to the menu one option of drink with less sugar.Definitely, this is a stop when you are in Cranbrook

Poorly sauced strips and a rootbeer that was actually just soda water put through empty fountain lines . Still edible but the next time I go, I think I'll stick to the blizzards.

Had a 6 piece chicken strip and fries with gravey. Chicken strips were great as was the gravey. Fries were Luke warm and soft, not hot and crispy so they were sitting there.Ordered a banana split blizzard that was too liquidity and would have fell out if turned upside down. Also ordered a Reese peanut butter cup blizzard, was spot on.Normal blah interior, but very polite and nice service. Had to ask and wait for the bathroom key. Would recommend a code lock with a number that changes daily printed on the receipt for better access.

I usually stop here while en route to Nelson. Today I ordered the chicken fingers, poutine and a dilly bar. The blonde lady that works here is an absolute angel. I got a water for my pup and she offered us a bowl for it. So sweet and kind. My dog enjoyed a couple of the chicken fingers too. We both agreed they were delicious. Poutine was nice and hot and full of cheese. Just the way I like it! Thank you for going the extra mile for me and my pup. Great service! And food.
