I first met Brad @ ifixer when looking to get my old phone fixed for transfer to my mother…he helped us out so quickly and effectively, and at a much lower rate than his competitors, that my whole family now calls Brad with any issues we have with any of our phones.I also work at a local group home, which helps adolescents when they are removed from their homes. Complex individuals with traumatic histories…who, even more than your “typical” teen, rely on their phones for almost everything. Needless to say when something goes wrong with a phone at my workplace…it is a major event. Well, that is until Brad gets involved. He has become a hero around these parts. He has been so kind and generous with his time and talents, that he has literally saved the day on many occasions. Came here to get my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced. Called the night before, came the next day at noon. Appointment was very fast - waited maybe 15 minutes and then screen was replaced. Literally saved me almost $60 and a 2 hour wait at the competitors in the mall. Screen works well, looks sharp and is very responsive. Not sure if original apple parts or not, might be worth clarifying if that matters to you. All in all, quick, professional, dependable service. Will be coming here for any repair needs for iDevices. 10/10 would recommend.

I strongly recommend this business for your phone repair. Amazing customer service. After a very bad experience with another business, I fixer got the phone running perfectly.
