Nick was so great and helpful every interaction I had with him. Definitely the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of a new phone go pay him a visit. He’s very personable and feels like you’re talking to a friend rather than a sales person. Last night we had an awesome experience getting new phones. Jarrett (our new fave phone guy) was patient and friendly, listening to exactly what we wanted, what we wanted to pay monthly and asking great questions about how we use our phones. I am so very grateful for the service I was provided by Jarrett today. I needed a new phone as a long time customer of bell and left the bell store feeling a bit defeated and not willing to pay over $1400 for a phone and was not provided with any other solutions or options. I stopped to look at Tbooth and Jarret not only saved me a ton of money by decreasing my monthly bill and saving me over half the cost but walked me through everything. I don’t often write reviews but today I was so very pleased with my experience I thought it was important to write this review and point out Jarretts good work ethic and customer service. I will definitely be by passing bell and coming to Tbooth going forward.
