Horrible experience! If I could give no stars I would. I waited around for 15 plus minutes while the girl working" stood at the back talking about stuff unrelated to work. Then I kid you not drove her bicycle up to the front cash & parked it against the counter while she walked behind the counter to serve me

The pharmacy team is so lovely and attentive. I’ve gotten much better service here than any shoppers drug mart or other pharmacy. Imran helped me with all of my pharmaceutical and covid-related concerns and was so friendly. 10/10 would reccomend!

Absolutely love this pharmacy. I have been a patient here since when it was Tom’s, and I will never switch! Waleed and Imran are amazing owners and pharmacists who get to know you personally so they can help assist you tailored to your needs. Stacy (the real boss, L.O.L) is an exceptional woman who never fails to put a smile on your face as soon as you walk into the pharmacy, she makes you feel like you’re meeting up with a friend and not someone who thinks their better than you because they work in the medical field. Christa, has always greeted and been the biggest sweetheart when helping fill my prescriptions, I really enjoy getting to know her and I think she is a great addition to this pharmacy family. If you’re looking for professional, prompt, exceptional services for both medical and personal needs. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! Cannot be beat.

Stacy and Imran are top notch! Ok, Waleed too...lol. I noticed in some reviews that people were annoyed that the staff were too casual and would chat with customers about non-pharmacy related topics. This is exactly WHY I keep coming back to Healthmax. I was a customer at Shoppers for years and I got tired of the revolving door of pharmacists and techs. I love that I have built a relationship with all of the staff and in most instances I trust Imran's and Waleed's advice over that of my doctor. I'm a forever customer!

I just received my fourth COVID-19 booster from Dr. Imran and didn’t feel a thing! Definitely recommend him for those who are afraid of needles or those who’ve had painful shots in the past.

I absolutely love every employee in this pharmacy. I've never seen anyone in a bad mood or short tempered, they're knowledgeable about all the products they sell and I've never had a SNAFU with any prescription I got filled, unlike my last pharmacy who kept repeatedly forgetting to either fill a prescription I needed that day or forgot to deliver my medication.You can ask anyone in the pharmacy any question about medication you are taking and they'll have the answer. I got my Covid vaccinations here plus my boosters. They offer a smoking cessation program that I might take advantage of some day soon.Great job everyone! It's always a pleasure walking into the pharmacy and feeling welcomed.

Just moved to the area and needed a refill and to get set up as my new pharmacy. Great interactions and they went out of their way to get my history transferred from my old pharmacy who wasn't very cooperative.5th star given because the pharmacy tech overheard my request from my initial visit and made sure to order a specific generic brand so when the script could be filled they had the desired product on hand. Anticipation of customer need earns the extra star. Nicely done. Looks like I have a new pharmacy!

Husband had his first Covid shot here. It was easy to sign up online. He was scheduled in within 3 days. They even called him in early on the day he was scheduled. There was no line and a very short wait. Staff were friendly and efficient. They are new owners. The store is well stocked and very clean.

The staff at this pharmacy is unbelievable. I went there recently for my vaccine, and was treated with the outmost respect. The pharmacist checked in on my after the fact to see how I was doing. The pharmacies front is well stocked and has a huge selection. I will be returning.
