C-n-H Appliance & Refrigeration Sales & Service

A family owned business that immediately comes to surface no matter what dealings that I have had with them. There is no info flow between the husband and wife and even less to the customer. Last year I had a refrigerator that was looked at by the wife who does the service calls and she told me it was just the seal around the door. She told me that the call was $50.00, drop into the store and pay. I did exactly that 2 days later and received a call the following week looking for their money. On top of that the fridge was not fixed. I called again this year and Wayne answered and laughed when I told him that I was experiencing the same issue. When I told him that I could take my business else where he stopped and said that they would fix it for $100.00, which I agreed and told him that I would call for an appointment as the refrigerator had to be defrosted. Called today no one knew what I was talking about and I later received a call from Wayne saying that he doesn't want to do business with me. I never even put up a fight because given their track record I think I'm further a head with another company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely fantastic! I had a fridge go in my rental and they squeezed me in despite being fully booked after a long weekend. Problem was diagnosed right away, parts were ordered, and it was repaired within 48 hours. Thank you so much!

We have had C-n-H provide appliance repairs for us more than once (different appliances requiring different repairs), and the experience has always been the same... above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. Our last repair was for a rental property. Our tenant was having issues with the refrigerator. We called around mid-morning, and by early afternoon Carol and her daughter had been out to the house and fixed the problem. For top quality service at an extremely reasonable rate, you won't find a better or more reliable company!

We moved to Fort Saskatchewan some 35-years ago and that's when my wife and I went to C-n-H for a appliance repair. We've been loyal customers ever since because Wayne and Caroline know their business and they're friendly. They know their product. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and above all they are honest which is so rare these days. We just purchased a fridge from them and they got it delivered that very day. We highly recommend C-n-H if require new appliances. C-n-H no longer do repairs. Unfortunately, this kind of small town business is quickly vanishing from the landscape fast, so maybe give them a try sometime.

I don't have enough words to express how great C-n-H has been to deal with. Our washing machine flooded last weekend. Monday morning I called Wayne and explained what had happened and asked for help. Carol and her daughter were out and had it repaired a few hours later. Their pricing was more than fair. Their service, second to none. We are so lucky to have them in the Fort!

We have used CNH Appliances to repair our old washer and dryers in the past and the service they provided was quick and professional. Last week it was finally time for us to replace our set and we shopped around but again the service and price we received from CNH persuaded us to go with them. We highly recommend them for repair or replacement of your appliances. Thank you CNH.

Phoned in about a lint trap for a dryer and he ordered me one and said if I wasn’t in town he would just send it back very accommodating.Very very friendly, would recommend anybody to go there.

Called looking for a part for my washer, the man that answered the phone was extremely helpful, they didn’t have the part in stock he advised me of the product number and where to buy for a good price. Have my machine back up and running.

Absolutely terrible customer service. He was extremely rude on the phone, and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend AT ALL

We recently had an issue with our Samsung dryer heat stop working completely so we phoned CnH.Very happy with the knowledgeable staff at CnH and had a very positive experience getting the parts we needed. When I phoned to describe the problem to them, they already had a solution to exactly what I needed.I replaced the parts, which was easy, and it works perfectly now. Next time I need anything appliance related I plan on phoning these guys.
