I am extremely happy with my new reverso! Having dealt with many brand ADs around the world I have to say this is one of my best experiences; Snow was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and foremost a great ambassador to the brand. She made me feel welcomed from the moment I entered the boutique, she offered all her knowledge about the brand and every timepiece I enquiered; once I decided what watch I wanted, she kept me up to date throughtout the whole process right up to collection. She could not have been more accommodating.Snow made the whole experience a memorable one, and will look forward to getting my next timepiece and having a chat with Snow about watches.

I’m blown away by my first experience in a JLC boutique. My father and I had the good fortune of interacting with Snow during our visit. I cannot believe how professional, knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and welcoming she is. Snow’s wealth of knowledge on multiple subjects is impressive - and her all-encompassing and encyclopaedic understanding of everything JLC is astounding. Snow is an absolute treasure for JLC. I picked up my first JLC with the help of Jeffrey, and Snow. They were warm and welcoming and helped me decide on a watch with relative ease.

My first visit today and placed a deposit for my first time piece. Cannot describe how amazing the team at JLC at yorkdale is. Snow assisted me with the selection. She is so passionate and knowledgeable of all the timepieces, her patience and expertise and left quite an impression. The store manager took care of my daughter while my wife and I looked at the timepieces. The service has left me speechless and I look forward to visiting again. I've purchased timepieces from multiple authorized dealers and boutiques, but Yorkdale JLC is hands down the best buying experience I've ever had. They are genuine watch enthusiasts, I can go in and chat about watches forever. Have purchased multiple pieces over time with them and will keep coming back. From start to finish, the in-store experience at Jaeger-LeCoultre Yorkdale is world class. I was incredibly fortunate to work with Sales Associate, Snow, on my most recent purchase. Snow is knowledgeable, patient and attentive, all of which she uses to find the perfect watch for you. The minute she presented the Reverso that she thought would be of interest to me, I was done! It was spectacular and amongst one of the most beautiful watches I have ever seen, a beauty that still overtakes me as I look down at it now. While this was my first Jaeger-LeCoultre, I am confident that it will not be my last! Thank you for everything!

I visited this boutique to try a master control the other day with my Rolex watch on. I placed my Rolex with its side on in the tray because I never let the caseback touch anything. However, while I was trying their watch, the sales person re-positioned and put my watch on its bracelet without asking me. After inspecting the caseback, I found a scratch. Probably the scratch was made by myself and it's really a negligible thing. But a watch person would never do that. I personally think people who are not interested in watches are selling watches in this boutique.

Mei was terrific! She is very knowledgable, friendly and helpful! Nothing of less than what I expect from a high end luxury time piece boutique!Once the new releases pieces are available, I will be back to visit and most likely purchase!
