DON'T BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!I purchased a baby crib set and the crib was delivered damaged. Not only did they not offer to replace the crib but they did not offer a refund for the crib part of the set.The furniture is poor quality and not worth the $1500 that I spent on it.

I purchased a juvenile bedroom set for my daughter, product is very cheap and poor in quality, the wood on the dresser drawers and the bed started cracking both on the inside and outside just after 5 weeks from delivery. I sent the entire bedroom back. Great customer service.

We ordered the Jessie nursery crib 3 in 1, the dresser and the night table from Costco. When it arrived, the drawers were not straight, and would not fully close. Also, the drawers were sticking out from the dresser frame at different depth. We decided to exchange the dresser and the night table. The second delivery came and was still not perfect, but we decided it was ok. Then we noticed the paint on the crib was cracked at 2 different places and there were yellow stains (this after only 1 month). We decided to return the whole order. We asked that the company Caramia at least pay the extra so that we have the delivery guys pick up the very heavy items on the second floor and that they package them. The company refused to help. So now we are left with no furniture and all the problems of the return. Stay away from this company!!!!!

I bought a Caramia crib and dresser in 2016. I found out that Health Canada issued a recall for both the crib and dress and nightstand. I contacted the company to look into the conversion kit as well as address the recall and at first things did not go very smoothly with their frontline customer service staff (Samantha). But without requesting it I received an email from management and a subsequent call and I have to tell you it turned into one of the best customer service experiences to date. It was expressed that they just wanted me to be happy with the crib that I bought and worked with me to find a solution that was ideal. I cannot express how grateful I am. I went from never wanting to buy again to wanting to tell my friends to buy because I know at the end of the day they would be taken care of if need be!

When looking on how to buy a replacement part for my crib, the customer service responded quickly to offer to ship us a new part at no charge. Very friendly and easy to deal with and we have been very happy with the crib.

Ordered a bunk bed - missing three critical pieces and couldn’t assemble the bed.Called first thing Monday morning and it took until Thursday for them to get around to shipping it out (pieces were in stock).Unfortunately, they shipped out the wrong pieces (even though I specified and confirmed the exact part numbers and colour required).So here we are now well into week two of having a half assembled bunk bed for my kids (we had already sold the old beds in anticipation of this being built two weeks ago).I don’t understand how businesses don’t value their customers enough to fix issues properly when they crop up.I know things can happen, but they didn’t seem concerned or surprised when pieces were missing or that it was taking days for them to get around to shipping them wrong pieces…Sigh.

Great Customer Service!I ordered crib+dresser set with Costco and the dresser was damaged. I contacted Caramia Furniture and dealt with Kareem who was amazing and provided impeccable customer service! He made sure the new dresser was not damaged and we received the new dresser within a week.Love the products and would recommend to anyone.Thank you again for the great customer service and for following up with us.

Prior to delivery I thought everything was going to be OK. Delivery men came and refused to bring the furniture upstairs, I was never made aware of their threshold" delivery policy. Once I unboxed the nightstand it had a bubble in the paint. I made the company aware and they said they couldn't help me because there were no more to replace it with. I asked for compensation and they refused. When I then unboxed the dresser and went to open and close the drawers the top 2 drawers have to be forcefully pushed closed a d even then they have a 1" gap if you don't do it just perfectly. I again contacted the company and they again refused to do anything for me. Now I have 2 damaged pieces of furniture for my son's room. I would not recommend this company to anyone."
