Terrible service not even worth 1 starThe Staff is unbelievable with Seniors abusiveThe Ontario Government Must !!! Investigate these employees even though they are private contractors they need to be replaced IMMEDIATELY!

My son had to renew his health card. He needed to verify his name date of birth and sign it. The woman asked us to go outside fill in name date of birth and sign. I asked if i can cut ahead of the line when coming back. She said no “wait in line again”. I was a little frustrated when our turn came again. I asked why we had to go outside for the 30 seconds it took to fill it in. The response was “rules are rules, we don’t make them, just follow them.”I don’t expect them to be happy/cheerful or polite, but having a little common sense would be nice.

The girls there are great here at Winchester, they go above and beyond to ensure my stuff is correct...thank you for great service

Welcome to Gideon. Upon entering is clear that customer service ranks somewhere between taking the garbage out and emptying the whole punch. The women who are the service representatives are rude, curt, call and treat you as if you should be lucky they are serving you. The only thing I can say is that they don’t seem to be biased on gender or age because they treat everyone wth the same disrespect . Highly recommend taking a drive to Kempville or StittsVille where the service and customer experience is a polar opposite. There, they don’t make you go outside in the frigid winter to fill out forms…

What a friggin disgrace for this to be part of anything with the name service in it. The Government of Ontario needs to go undercover in this location.

Had a appraiseal done and they wouldn't accept it. Car had been bought with blown motor so appraised low. Made me pay full taxes. Very rude and told me to leave or pay because i was holding up the line. Idiots .

This place has to be the worst place on earth to do deal with. The lady with the moustache literally is the most miserable person I’ve ever met. Says because of covid they don’t take cash? Grow up it was 3 years ago, stop being lazy and do your job and count the cash even if it takes you a few more minutes at the end of the day. Your lucky you don’t own a business that has the government to help you get customers because you’d be out of buisness a long time ago.

People working here are the worst. I came from all the way from Toronto to buy a car and my plan was to return Toronto after doing all the paper work.I visited this branch on 20.04.2022 to register a car I bought. The treatment we saw there was terrible. They had no one walking in for hours and when we arrived at 4.40PM, they were totally unwilling to serve and help us. They frowned that someone walked in at the end of the day.I will quote some of the sentences we heard from the old woman.“Your process will not end before 5PM, so we won’t do it”“We are a private company, not a governmental organization. So we won’t stay here if your process doesn’t end before 5 regardless of when did you walk in”“I don’t get paid to stay here 1 more minute after 5PM”No matter what we said, we couldn’t convince her and she didn’t serve us.We even mentioned that we will have to spend the night in Ottawa if we can’t finish the paperwork that day.She said “It is not my concern”.We stood there asking for her understanding and help. At last, she threatened us with calling police if we didn’t leave.We said “Your treatment is not fair and you know it.”. She just looked at us, then turned her face and walked away.I will already not go there for anything and I strongly advise anyone to go there. I will also fill an online complaint. She deserves to be fired for her attitude. I don’t know how do people like her can be the face of a company or a government.Terrible person, terrible representation.I hope she faces every treatment she shows to others.

I don’t often leave reviews, but the disrespect from the woman serving me was absolutely ridiculous. She had zero respect for me, she was extremely rude, passive aggressive, and condescending. She basically made it out as though I was making her life 10x more difficult, when all I wanted to do was register my car and move on with my day. She argued every little thing for no reason and made the process as difficult as humanly possible. Do not come here unless you want to be disrespected, this is not the first time this has happened.

Staff is amazing short staff and all but got everything flowing smoothly
