Marysville Laundry Station

The place is clean. The employees were polite and busy. They answered my questions politely. This was my first time. Even the customers were polite.

As my experience it was decent clean. Lady in charge was very nice and friendly. They have different specials available, free coffee, free internet and free soap certain days!I would definitely come back whenever I need to.

Very clean place and full staff on site, us not being a local and from out of state we weren’t ignored but at least one smile from the staff.Prices are normal, we were satisfied, after all it’s a laundromat not a bar or social gatherings.Definitely will return, as for truckers enough space to bobtail.

Very clean and staffed by very nice and accommodating staff. Offers discounted times to do laundry and a bonus wash after so many done. Well lite and the best aspect in my opinion is the free coffee! Not just black coffee but latte and flavored! Love the fact they make a special time slot for those who are unhoused. I am sure many appreciate being able to use the facility.

The owners really need to look into the staff they have. On multiple occasions the same lady was rude to my kids. This place DOES NOT like kids. There is ways to talk to people/kids.They will also stand and gossip about you.If someone comes and pays to use the machines they should be treated with respect. If you don't like people dont work customer service!!!I could not find an email to reach out to but I will keep looking!

Honestly, by far the best laundry mat I have ever been to. The staff is super helpful.. there are a ton of machines (variety of sizes and prices).. Free wifi, they have TV while you wait for your laundry.. vending machines!!! They even have computers w free internet. And straight up, my favorite part... I won't even put it out there because I don't want to blow up the spot to much. I need to be able to still come thru, do laundry and CHILL

Worst laundry place ever. Very dirty floors, counters and tables. Employees have poor customer service and they hate kids. The single loader is $5.50 per wash and that's only the starting price. Are you kidding me? This isn't Mukilteo or Bellevue. We will go to one of the laundry places in Everett or Mukilteo next time where it is actually clean and the employees are friendly. We only go here occasionally to wash large blankets that don't fit in our washer at home. So driving to other cities won't be an issue.

Always clean and nice employees but what stands out the most to me is the employee with one arm. I've never watched a harder workerIf I had a company I'd double her pay and make sure she was my employeeShe's amazingAbsolutely amazingAnd so kind.

They advertise offering digital services with the app, but when I arrived, none of the workers knew anything about it, I was told although it’s the same management as the other 2 locations (Arlington and Puget Park) the way each location operates is different. Arlington offers one type of payment service (app), Marysville is completely different, you must purchase a swipe card, they don’t accept the app (which I have loaded up with my monthly budgeted laundry amount)… Gosh… maybe I should call ahead if I ever decide to check out the Puget Park location to find out what system they use so I don’t waste my time and experience this frustration! Come on man… If you want me to spend my money at your business…. Make it easy for me, not frustrating.
