Sat there for 25 minutes before I was asked if I wanted/needed/ordered something.. when I explained my disappointment I was kicked out lol. Very Profesional ill never go back to another fionns due to the service I received from orillia employees" McDonald's is literally more helpfull literal....."

My husband and I had the best experience and meal here! Our server Dannica was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable of the menu. She was so bubbly, friendly and attentive to her tables. The food came out nice and hot, very delicious! The atmosphere felt very welcoming and comfortable. Overall we couldn't have asked for better service! We will 100% be back!

Nice place amazing service. Live music was a nice touch, but it was a bit too loud when trying to have a conversation. I recommend giving the steak and fish tacos a try. The Ceasar was amazing!

We decided to order in for our anniversary from Fionn MacCool's. Never again. This is my $22.00 dinner. What's supposed to be a Steak and Mushroom bowl, was nothing more than a bunch of mushrooms and gravy with a half dozen small pieces of steak and a squirt of potatoes. The overload of broccoli was cold...and I think the hockey pucks are supposed to be Yorkshire puddings. My husband's dinner was not much better...both are the equivalent to a tv dinner. Disgusting. We'll never order from here again.

Went around 2pm so it wasn't super busy... but the coffee was hot and fresh. The server, Dannica, was very warm and friendly. I asked for a menu recommendation and I was going to order it but I don't eat cilantro. She had the kitchen make it without the cilantro and it was perfection. Everything came out piping hot and fresh and the portion size was huge. Have not been here since it first opened so I am glad to see the restaurant has turned around for the better. Will definitely be coming back with friends.

A bit unsure of whether or not to seat ourselves coming in as only one hostess was busy in the dining room but she greeted us and was very friendly! Two fried chicken burgers were so good and even so were the drinks and cheesecake desserts. I was so full and it was so worth it. Nice place by the boardwalk!

Inside and outside seating. Limiting number of customers seated because not enough employees... only one chef. Fish and chips were very good. Cajun samon bowl was over seasoned.

We had a great experience today at your patio. Our server was Kirsten. Receipt #20859 1:05 pm. Kirsten was an excellent server. Not pushy but professional and friendly. Needs to be recognized by management for job well done. Also the young lady who showed us to our table. Just excellent. Both visits to Orillia Finn McCool have been very pleasurable and we will surely be back. Oh and my pasta was excellent also.

I came here to enjoy the patio in the nice weather and was very disappointed. The live music was not good. There was a bunch of drunk old men sitting in the middle of the patio yelling back and forth to the musician and making a scene.I ordered fish and chips, the chips were okay but the fish was soggy greasy and mushy on the inside. Definitely would not recommend the fish.
