Wonderful experience with Lockr Inc! We just bought a house that needed complete renovation, Kitchen I wanted open concept, change out all the hardwood floors, a new 2-level deck, new basement (entertainment centre) and laundry room, and add a 3rd bathroom on the main living space.The entire process was actually quite enjoyable, the team was very experienced and easy to work with. The entire process took about 17 days, with a team of 5, and we couldn't believe our eyes when we saw it for the first time! Thank you Lockr Inc. I highly recommend this company!

I had an amazing experience with Sun and his team during my home renovation. My house was bought in 2016, and I needed some remodeling done. From the first meeting with Sun, he made a great impression on me. He was always on time, and he kept his promises. Unlike other contractors I've worked with, he never missed a deadline or appointment.During the renovation process, I started a new job and had trouble balancing my work and overseeing the renovation. Sun went above and beyond to make things easier for me. He brought samples of materials to my workplace for me to choose from, which was incredibly helpful. I can't thank him enough for his patience and understanding.After the renovation was completed, there were some minor issues with the house that weren't related to the renovation. Sun and his team came to my rescue, fixing the issues free of charge. I was blown away by his honesty and loyalty to his clients.Sun's reliability and loyalty are what set him apart from other contractors. From the very start, they are professional and friendly. They followed all safety protocols in a professional manner. The knowledge of this team was very apparent and the finished work was perfect. The attention to small details and finishing touches was the cherry on the cake. I highly recommend Lockr construction team! We live in Montreal and it’s our first time investing in a property in Toronto. We were worried about the renovation process from such a distance. Yet from the very beginning Mr Sun inspired my trust with his professional and courteous attitude. With his e design taste and rich experience in renovation, he made just the right recommendations as to the construction plan, choice of material, and even matching of colours. This has in turn greatly simplified our tasks. And the end result was amazing: we were able to rent out the two units under their renovation within two weekends!
