Patrick has been so amazing every time we put in a maintenance request. He’s super friendly and always lets us know that if we need anything ever then to just let him know. His turn around time to fix problems in our house is super fast! He is also really good with our dog Bo, and he gets so excited everting Patrick comes over to fix something l!

We put in a request last night for our toilet and Patrick came at 10am this morning ready to fix it. Patrick communicated very well with us throughout and installed the new part very promptly. Very nice person and did an excellent job!

2 years with them and never a single issue. Christian is always quick to respond to questions and service requests, gives plenty of notice before inspections, very understanding and flexible with payments. Could not recommend more, thanks for a great couple of years!

My wife and I highly recommend rentals 101. We rented a home from this company and dealt with Christian in particular. He was very attentive, answered any inquiries immediately, and was a pleasure to work with. When there was an issue with the toilet it was replaced immediately. We are fully enjoying living here and would definitely rent from them again.
