The occupational therapist Nazly Abtahi started to work with me after the car accident in January 2020, I was hit by the car on the crosswalk. During almost three years she takes good care of me and assisted just in five months to prepare for starting the easier work at sea. She gave me the special exercises for my painful joints and lower back that helps me to recover faster. Every few months we have appointments in person, sometimes on zoom and phone and discussed all my problems and she answered all my questions and advises the better ways to relax and have a good deep sleep.I am very satisfied with her work and I highly recommend her for the new patients.She has a big experience and is very professional, also she is polite and helpful in finding the solutions for better assistance and faster recovery.

I had been seeking help for my insomnia for a while. I didn't want to become dependant on medication so I decided to try and deal with it from a more holistic approach. Nazly spent the time to really understand my lifestyle and pre-sleep habits. She used that information and incorporated new elements into my evening ritual in order to help my calm my mind and deal with my insomnia. She provided a level of care that exceeded my expectations, even checking up on my condition after I stopped seeing her. Overall, highly recommended!

Nazly was able to promptly schedule me in to address an urgent crisis resulting from negligence on the part of the OT assigned to my case by the regional health authority. She was attentive, expeditious and empathetic to my needs; my only regret is that I didn't seek her services sooner.Engaging the services of a private occupational therapist is naturally a pricier decision than simply accepting the free services provided by the healthcare system, but if I had decided to hire her right away (instead of waiting for the public OT to display their incompetency) it could have saved me 8 months of hardship. In the future I will contact Nazly immediately if I require an OT for anything and I would highly recommend anyone else to do likewise.I'm afraid that given my experience it is true that you do get what you pay for and though her services were not free, her price was very fair. If you really need help, don't make my mistake and waste your time waiting for the regional health authority to come through for you.

Nazly worked as my occupational therapist from 2019 to 2022 to assist in my recovery after a motor vehicle accident. She is professional and kind, and great at listening to my problem and tailoring the treatment plans to my specific needs and progression. Her knowledge in her field is outstanding and impressive to me, I felt she had answers to my doubts and was constantly updating her knowledge.
