I have been in this place many times. I think they changed management and that is why I am writing this review. Before, the service was excellent and the food amazing. However, I was there a week ago and my experience was not as it used to be. First, we got there and were waiting at the entrance for someone to let us know where to sit which was ok eve if the restaurant wasn't full. After we sat down, we were waiting for the menu and minutes later when the server came, he asked if we were ready to order but he never gave us the menu. Which it is also fine because we understood maybe they were too busy. We ordered appetizers (3 empanadas) that supposed to be served first as appetizers". Then we got our main dishes and we were almost done with the food and we told the gentlemen that we didn't wanted the empanadas anymore because we were almost done with the food and we wanted them as aperizers and by that time the empanadas weren't ready. Then he just told us "they are already being fried". I replied that we didn't wanted them but he insisted that we have to get them. My main point is that the service now is awful. He could have been more respectful

I had never been in this place before and this week I decided to stop by after work and buy some empanadas for dinner. The girl in the counter saw me like an scanner from top to bottom ( yes I’m a painter and my uniform did not shine) after her staring let's say that her attention was limited to giving me what I asked for and quickly dispatching me without any kind of sympathy . Needless to say I won’t back to this place, This lack of any Customer service skills is unacceptable. The empanadas weren't bad though and that's why I give it 2 stars to this place.

Excellent food, we started with empanadas then patacon with cheese and the Sancocho which was the best, 100% recommended, awesome service, natural juices, the menu looks great, definitely we will comeback to taste other dishes!

Takes a bit of time for your food to arrive. It's all cooked by order... so bring something to entertain your kids... but very worth the wait!

The server needs to learn about hygiene. She was sitting outside when we arrived, and didn't come in until after we went inside and sat down.The place was pretty dirty but we still decided to place an order against our better judgement.While waiting for our pickup, the server did not wash her hands once - not when she came in from sitting outside, not from taking trash and recycling out, playing on her phone or combing her fingers through her hair or preparing a drink. It was pretty disgusting. This paired with her long nail extensions made me want to gag.We ordered our food to go so she wouldn't handle it. Thankfully the cook was wearing gloves.The server's overall attitude was as if we were bothering her by being there. Very unwelcoming feeling and heavy energy.As for the food, it was okay. Nothing special. The order took very long which was surprising as we were the only people there. The portions were small compared to the pricing and the empanadas were lacking meat and the cheese ones were just empty air pockets.We were very excited to try this place but unfortunately were left very disappointed. It was not worth the drive or the money.Edit: this review was posted the day after we visited the restaurant. Perhaps Google reviewed it and reposted it.The reply from the owner is quite unprofessional and definitely not true. There were no hair nets and the server had a gross sense of hygiene and very long acrylic nails. There would be no reason to make this up as others have pointed hygiene and bad attitude as well. I wish I had read reviews carefully before I wasted money over here.The price of 100+ was what we spent on the visit as that's what was asked upon writing the review. We spent about 140$.Best of luck. Perhaps a deep clean would be a better way to spend your time than respying to people this way.Lastly, we were there just last month. Not months ago. And we had to add up our own bill to send an email transfer because your server was refusing interact payments. It was either cash or email transfer.
