Food is always good. And we normally tip 8 bucks. But tonight we couldn't and said no tip sorry for the driver for him to say oh just my luck I get nothing" and run away back to his car was extremely rude. Your still paid for your job society let tipping get out of hand as an expected. We still paid for the food and delivery. I'm sorry we couldn't afford the 8 dollars tonight."

Worst pizza I have ever had. The dough was completely raw and inedible. I called to let them know and they had no response or care to even make the situation better. You can tell the pizza is rushed and delivered with no care. The evidence shows in the pizza - so gross.

Moved to Waterloo where I've yet to find a decent pizza. When I visit London I bring Soprano's Oxford W. pizza home. Their other location doesn't compare. I prefer to order small size, you get more cheese.

I love this place. I'm currently in love with their thin crust za's...reminds me of Fellini's a bit.Regular crust is wonderful for heating up in the oven the next day. Wings are big and tasty!Staff is always super friendly and remember my face. They even chased me down to bring me my forgotten soda, once. My favourite in town!

Soprano's Pizza
I stopped buying from Supreme Pizza because they charge more than the prices on their window. They don't mention the prices are wrong and just charge you more. Sadly, this Sopranos does the same thing. The prices you see on their counter are lies and they just charge you more and don't say anything. When you point it out they claim that's the way it is because prices are up everywhere. I'm not buying from companies that advertise one price but charge a higher one. To me. This is shameful.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but the customer service here is not good.Ordered a pizza and confirmed it was the East location. Showed up to get my pizza and they said they had no record of it.They told me to go outside and reorder. I showed them the email confirmation with their location and my order. They refused to make it unless I reordered.Very rude staff.

May 6, 2023 @ 8:10pm (PICK-UP)Ordered 2 Mediums (3 toppings - thin crust & lightly done) with chicken wings and wedges and 4 pops.Pizza was prepared as requested - tastyChicken wings are descent with sauce on the sidePotato Wedges cooked perfectly.Will recommend!

Soprano's Pizza
My husband and I used to love Soprano's Pizza...however, we recently had it, and were very disappointed with it. There was hardly any pepperoni ( which was very spicy in our opinion) on it and we were told it was double cheese, and it seemed like regular cheese. I feel as if the owners have perhaps changed hands...so now, sadly we are looking for a new pizza place.Sorry Soprano's you have lost our loyal business! ☹

So I order from them all the time. I ordered a pizza last night. They tried to charge me 6$ more for my pizza. I ordered same thing a few days ago. Was normal price. Last night they tried to charge me 6$ more so I said I'd pick it up. Ended up fighting with the guy even after he went into computer and see what they charge me last 5 times. And still tried to charge me more. Very unprofessional, very rude to they're customers. Will not be returning to the place for food again.
