We rented a cargo van for 11 days to transport furniture and other purchases from Vancouver to the Sunshine Coast, multiple trips. It was easy to book online, and we also called to reconfirm. A few km from YVR, sky train stop a block away, or short Uber. Vehicle was ready and in very good condition. Price was fair. Great courteous customer service. Thanks Amr !! We’ll definitely rent here again when we return in a month.

Placed a reservation for a 16ft truck a month in advance. Two days before pickup they called to say they wouldn't have it. No apology, no solution offered, just screwed us completely without a second thought. If I could give a zero I would.
